I have purchased iPads in the past but this time I had to jump thru hoops and didn’t get what I needed . I’m not sure why but if I were you, I would try another university to purchase your electronics. After trying to make my purchase for 2 months, I went somewhere else. RICKY NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. SOMEWHERE WHERE HE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH PEOPLE! This is why I gave you one star. I would have given 0 star if I was able to. BTW Louis was wonderful help. You can tell he really cares about people and their needs. Thank you Louis!!

I ordered two sweatshirts in October of this year, one of which had an obvious defect. I delayed in contacting them and today was told that it had been too long since the purchase, even though they saw the defect in the photo I submitted to them. In other words, they refused to allow the return. I will not be ordering anything from them anymore. I would give them "zero" stars if it were possible. Barry Thompson, M.D.

I sent them an email about a package marked "delivered" but was not delivered on 3/14 (today is 3/28) and received no response. No response to my phone message either. I filed a lost package claim with UPS but was told (after being on the phone with UPS for over an hour) that Fall Rush chose a shipment level/grade that (according to the signed contract between Fall Rush and UPS) requires the shipper/seller to refund or replace items. UPS also stated that they tried to contact Fall Rush but received no response either. If Fall Rush wants UPS to be accountable for the lost package/money, Fall Rush needs to chose a higher (AKA: more expensive) shipping level/grade.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE ONLINE. You have no recourse if your shipment goes astray.

Ordered a license plate frame from this store online. It was defective. Called Fall Rush; they told me to use label included with order to return defective product to them for replacement. USPS returned to me, indicating label did not provide valid postage. Am now having to pay an additional $8.95 to return defective plate frame. Will remove/revise review once store provides me defect-free product and reimburses me for postage.

Thank you so much to Ricky, the manager of Fall Rush in Berkeley. We were in town to move our daughter into the dorm for her freshman year. We wanted to get some CAL merch, but the other stores were all closed. Apparently, Fall Rush was also supposed to be closed, but Ricky and some of his employees stayed open to accommodate the many people who were in a similar situation as we were. Super grateful to have such incredible customer service and great selection of products, too!

Ordered an item online that was in stock on the website. Needed this for a event at the end of the week. A day later, received an email cancelling the order, with a note to consider order something else. Should keep inventory updated. I would have ordered elsewhere instead of delaying, if they were out of stock to begin with. Now scrambling to find alternative.

Ordered a really hard to find hydroflask over a week ago as a present for my wife. A week ago when I ordered there were still other stores that had them in stock. I never received the item, even though I bought and paid for it over a week ago so I email the company asking where it is and if they can use expedited shipping to make up for the shipping time lost. Now, 8 days later, and now that every other store is out of stock completely and eBay is the only place to find them for $100, I get an email from Fall Rush saying the order has been canceled. That’s all. No explanation no apology! And now it’s to late to get one on time for her. Extremely disappointed!
