I ordered a sign for our business in South San Francisco. It was delivered in a timely manner. However, I requested installation and was told they could schedule it. It has been 4 months and our sign is still waiting to be installed. I've tried emailing multiple times to get an update and haven't gotten a response. This has been a very frustrating process.

1 Star: Ordered and paid in full for a sign 4 months ago for delivery in January. It's mid-March now, and still no delivery. No response from Mike Cheung for 2 weeks now.Edited, 5 Star: Received an immediate response from Mike after leaving the review. He was very accommodating and apologetic, as my emails had been lost in his spam folder. I have since received my sign, and it looks fantastic. Great work!
