I’ve always had great experiences here with friendly, patient staff, and there’s never been much of a line — I usually just walk in, drop off my packages, and I’m out in 5 minutes.

Received excellent service from Mitch. Had a particularly difficult case as we were trying to facilitate the drop off of a package for a customer via a 3rd party courier. While we are a company based in Thailand. Mitch was very helpful in guiding us through the process and going above and beyond to make sure we were able to have our parcels dropped off, labeled and shipped out.

I’ve dropped off several expensive returns and they disappear from this store and don’t make it back. Dyson vacuum, Tesla wall charger etc. something is going wrong here and sadly, it can’t be trusted.

Dreadful staff. Condescending and unfriendly, and recently stood by smirking as one of their drivers physically threatened me for having the temerity to ask him to quiet his illegally parked truck while my toddler napped. The men employed there have been consistently disrespectful and hostile.

John and Anthony at the Alcatraz UPS location were very kind and attentive to sending my 5 boxes of items (clothing) to LA for evacuees from the wildfires. They even went above and beyond to see about getting it on todays truck. Thank you UPS! Really appreciate the great customer service and thoughtfulness.

Honestly - I have been using this store for years as well as the FedEx location across the street. I have never had a problem - always been treated fairly and quickly and recently added a box service. They are responsive and when they make a mistake they correct it.
So not sure what all the negative reviews are for but I have not had issues and plan to use this store for years to come.

Go to the location on Telegraph, not this one. I needed to borrow some tape to closeup my box and they charged me $2 for a couple inches worth, laughably stingy. The Telegraph location will do this free of charge.
