Will never go to this location ever again. I went to return an item. The return shipping was free. I ended up paying $17 for a box to put my item in. They charge $7.99 for a small box, $4 for packing tape!!, $3 for me to email them the lable!!!, and $1 for printing. It came out to $19 total and I protested. The guy at the counter brought it down to $17. Since when can you haggle for shipping price at a UPS? If these charges are correct and according to the company policy you should not be able to do that. Will report to UPS

I had such an amazing time at the UPS store! The employee there, Bijay (I didn't catch his last name), was super helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated his help with my shipping needs. He definitely deserves a solid 5/5 rating for his outstanding service!

What's to say? It's a UPS outlet, regular people doing a regular job, and the reviews that deride the service staff are part of the regular also, undoubtedly they went there during a peak time, didn't like the line, wrote a one star review. These reviewers are Americans or quickly catching on how to have our character. Okay, I read these reviews: 1) store opens late a few minutes, 2) customer outraged because they were charged a small fee and, oh no! the worker isn't a mind-reader, "he (or she) should have read my mind or new the expression on my face meant I assumed it was for free". 3) "Gosh I didn't get the full name right on the package and couldn't somebody correct it for me? They caused me so much grief I'm going to need therapy over it and my lawyer will sue the store. I don't get mad, I get even.".

Their hours are 7:30 - 5:30 pm according to everything. But I showed up at 7:30, waited 30 minutes, and they never opened.

This location is an absolute joke. I went there on 6th of June and I needed to send a package with a return service. The guy working there told me that can be done only using next day air. He quoted a price of 200 USD for a medium document envelope shipping along with the shipping. He was also extremely rude and unpleasant. Went to another location and got it done under 35 usd. UPS needs to do more to ensure competent people deal with customers.

This store is AWFUL. They don’t keep their store hours. DO NOT come at 7:30 am. No one is picking up the phone and you will end up like me standing in the morning cold air with two huge boxes. Change your store hours on Google if you don’t intend to keep your store hours.

Sent a package "next day." Paid almost $70. Package was brought to nearby USPS instead, the next day. Didn't arrive until 3 days later. Won't answer the phone.
