The staff is very unwelcoming and indifferent about the difficulties you face. They will make you feel like a fool if you don’t know some of the procedures. Even a cold machine is more helpful than the human staff there in this case

What kind of USPS isn't open at 11am on a Monday??? I've never experienced something so ridiculous from a usps location in all my years of shipping. Shut this place DOWN! Don't come here, awful experience!

It was a quick and easy process, but the girl working there has an attitude problem. All I did was say politely that I was here to send out my package but that I'd never mailed anything before, so I was there to do next steps, and she's already eye rolling.Got a massive attitude with me for pressing "decline" when asked if the address is correct, as if I was the dumbest person alive. How was I supposed to know the screen would cut off half of the address I'm sending my package to, when it definitely could fit all the words on the screen (and did)?She snapped at me, saying its an abbreviation. Girl, what is the attitude for?And what's the point of asking me if the address is correct, if it supposedly is? What a travesty, she had to repress a button to make it pop up again, how oppressive and hard her life is.But she has a synthetic poorly sitting wig and a weird looking overbite that hangs far over her bottom lip, so I would be mad too if I were her. Mouth like a T-Rex, oof. Bazinga! Kachow!

Really bad service here. I think her name was Stephanie or Stacy; she was behind the counter and super rude to my boyfriend and I no matter how nice we were being. Unsurprisingly she was nice to the white man behind us.

Avoid this post office and go to the one in Elmwood or elsewhere if you want to be treated half way decently. I get that dealing with college kids would be tiresome, but the service here was pretty unacceptable.
