  Really quite rude, and honestly tricked me out of my money. I asked someone how much it would be to ship something, they gave me a quote, gave me a box for it. I put it in the box and came back 1 minute later and they gave me a quote for 5x as much, and then forced me to buy the box they gave me...... cost me 30 min and 15$. They treated me like I was stupid, gaslit me about what they said. If you can go to any other post office, I would suggest you exercise that option. Otherwise, just try not to interact with the staff because they don't give any care to helping you.

  The lady working the counter on Saturday was very kind and patient about explaining each step and I was out of there much faster than I expected. I really appreciated how well she kept things rolling!

  My packages aren’t coming they keep sending my stuff back saying there’s no way they can deliver but they bring my mail and my neighbors packages and no one will answer the phone only a bot I need a live person now I have to take a day off to go up there to see why they keep sending my packages back

  This is the worst post office. The staff aren’t trained well on basic services and get stuck often. This results in long lines and longer waits.

  Went in to pick up a package around 1:30pm on a Saturday. There was a line but moved pretty fast. The workers were very sweet and friendly. My package was actually scheduled for redelivery, but was never redelivered. Turned out there were a couple other people who had the same issue and we all had the same zip code. The two workers behind the counter quickly divided their duties so one could help us find our mail/packages and the other one could help other customers. We waited for 5-10 minutes. I got my package, signed, and left. Overall it only took me 15 minutes.

  Maybe the rudest experience I’ve ever had with the USPS. Included the clerk pushing my package back at me and telling me I was stupid for not filling out the form correctly.

  Terrible slow service . Always always a huge line and only one person working. They had my packages and couldn’t find them .

  12 people in the line, one CR rep and she was taking forever with each customer. Customers would come and leave right away after seeing the line and service.There was three empty desk for CS reps. When will this location fix their issues and provide simple, straightforward, professional customer service?Hopefully someday...
