Vital link is amazing. We recently had a problem with our bank account and had to close and reopen a new account. This caused the payment to not process. So I called vital link and they said that they will continue to provide services until everything. Gets sorted out. What a blessing it was. Now I can figure out our stuff without panicking that my father could be in danger! They actually care for their clients true wellbeing. Thank you so much Vital link! -Melissa

I most highly recommend Vital Link!
Vital Link has provided exceptional service for the past 11 years! Any time (perhaps 1-2 times each year) when my wife used the emergency device, my son or I were contacted immediately by Vital Link staff. They are very well trained and one can hear their calmness and empathy when communicating “she may be in need of immediate assistance”. If either of us could not be reached, they contacted the fire dept. who sent an ambulance to her home. Any time I have called them with a question about billing or equipment, they answered my questions with professionalism; and a bonus – they all were very nice! I mean this – Look no further; Vital Link provides Exceptional Service at a Fair Price!!

One day I came home from grocery shopping to find paramedics in the house taking care of my mother, who had fallen and injured her back. Vital Link had sent them. All she had to do was push the button on the medallion she wore around her neck. It's hard to describe how much relief and gratitude I felt that just a week before I had signed up for the service. It is outstanding in every way.

They make setting up their system so easy! Every person we have spoken to is amazingly helpful, and it was a relief to know mom had them available 24/7. She used the service a couple of times and always had rave reviews.

I am honored to write a review for Vital Link. From beginning to end Raven walked me through the process of selecting the right device and also making sure that the timing for setup was accommodating. On the day of, the installer was running behind. He actually called to let us know he was running behind. Usually service providers would care less if they were running late. However he called! Super awesome! The installation process was smooth and groovy. All details were explained and access tested. TY Vital Link!

Love the staff, especially Raven. This a wonderful service and well worth the cost. Signed up for this service just a couple of months ago for my aunt. She recently fell and gashed her head and they called the ambulance immediately for her. It's such a comfort to know they are always there monitoring.

Love the staff at Medical Alert. Our charger port was lost and was going to take 3 day to ship. After I explained the urgency of our situation and the absolute need to have it. Asher was so kind to home deliver the charger port in a very short time. Thank you so much for your amazing service :)

Love this company. The people are so friendly and helpful. The person who came and set up the system explained everything to me and made sure it reached all the places on my property. He did a test to make sure all worked before he left and the price per month is so reasonable and it made me feel so safe having this now. I got the bracelet version and it can even be worn in the shower.

I love Vital Link. They are kind, wonderful people. They make me feel comfortable asking them questions and I feel so much safer being home alone when I'm wearing my button. They have been a lifesaver for me. I didn't want to wear a button because I though I didn't need it . I'm glad I had it when I fell last month. Vital Link was quick and got my neighbor to help me up. My daughter who lives far from me doesn't have to worry and try to get me to live with her. I want to be independent and take care of myself. I used to have a system from another large Medical Alert company and I always felt that I was just a number being switched from this department to that department. Being taken care of by a family business who cares is much better for me.

I used Vital Link's services for my elderly mother when I moved her to CA a few years back. When she had to push the button the response was immediate. It might have saved her life. I also used the service, this time for me, after a head injury earlier this year. There wasn't always someone around me and I needed the security that I wasn't completely alone. It enabled me to do things I would have had to wait and do later - like shower! Yes you can wear the alert button when you shower. It also allowed me to sleep peacefully. I was very thankful to Vital Link and their great -and local - company and staff.
