I don't know what type is business they have going on. By far the worst experience. I bought a brand new car with them late December 2023, when I bought the car I bought the tire/wheel protecting was told if I bring my car anything wheel related they will take it in no questions ask, unlimited claims for 5 years. Fast forward 3 weeks later on Thursday night I hit a pothole popped the side of my tire and had a flat. Called the next morning on Friday to talking to them they gave me the run around for 2 hours and had to talk to different people. Also called parts center and they had my wheel in stock. Finally I got the car to the dealership at noon. When I checked my car in, no advisors where on the clock was told I'll get a call within an hour, never received a call I had to call them 3 hours later to follow up. Once again they gave me the run around no update on the car until 10 mins before closing that they just contacted and filed a claim with the tire/wheel protection when I had got it through BMW. On Saturday never received a call or text about update on car. Called later in the afternoon to get an update and now they were questioning me is there another number on file they don't have it, when the last 2 days I called they knew what car and who it belonged to. Was told would have to wait till they know what's going on. It's been now 3 days without a car no updates and all that's needed to be fixed is a tire they said was in stock.

Emailed Weatherford to get a quote for my SIXTH BMW! Raoul responded and sent me an outrageous quote that is double what I'm paying now for my 2021 5 series. Raoul let me know I needed to come in to get the best deal. I explained this was my 6th bmw and I always negotiate pricing and then if the price is the best out of the other dealers, I'd be happy to come in. He has gone radio silence since and their business development coordinator even emailed me and she said she'd look into it and have a new quote sent to me. Nothing! Disappointing that they expect you to come in so they can give you some crazy high number and then wonder why you don't want to do business with them. Do better Weatherford!

I had an awesome no pressure experience with salesman Jimmy Tu. I began inquiring online, then traveled some distance to view the the car. Smooth transaction, easy finance phone call. My third BMW from Weatherford and now enjoying my low milage pre-owned 2021 X5. They have had what I'm looking for at a great price.

I had my brakes checked at weatherford two separate times because it just didn't feel right. Both time they said it was fine. Few months later the brake pad fell apart and I had to get a brake job done. When I spoke to the service department manager and explained the history to him. His response was " I don't know how you drive the car. I can't be responsible for this". I can't wear the pad on one side and not the other. All they did was read the wear bar and tell me it is fine The pad was never set properly, and weatherford did the brake job originally. They are lazy in their work and the attitude sucks. I have had a few issues with weatherford in the past, I thought with Sunwise ownership it may be different. I have bought 4 BMWs from this location. I am done with them period. Don't go to Concord either as that is also Sunwise. Good luck out there

I called various BMW dealerships across the North Bay, Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay for allocations of a new BMW model that I wanted to purchase. At the time, Weatherford was the most polite and also only dealer offering waitlist slots without a markup or mandatory add-ons.I paid my refundable deposit in May, received an allocated in July, and then picked up the car in October. Many of the interactions were through phone, text, and email which made it relatively painless and easy to schedule. When it was time to pay, there was absolutely no tricks on the agreed upon price, and they were even were able to beat 7 other bank/credit union finance rates in the area. Additionally, when I noticed that the rear brakes were missing these cosmetic "design clips" that might be lost during transit, Weatherford covered the parts for free.Thanks to Su (sales) and Ben (finance) for making my first BMW purchase honest and seamless. If I end up buying another BMW, I'll be sure to ask for them again.

Honest Review: Weatherford BMW took real good care of my 2022 X7 M50i for about 1.5mos since there was an ongoing alignment issue (pulling to the right) that was never fixed at my other local BMW dealership (you can probably already guess where) for a 2nd opinion. I highly suggest you seek Fortune Barajas (Service Advisor), Jacob Blackshere (Service Manager) and Joseph Padilla AKA Joe (Shop Foreman of over 20yrs). Fortune was very helpful in making sure that I was being taken cared of since requesting to test drive with Joe to confirm that I had an alignment issue and that I was given a loaner vehicle since they were unsure of the downtime. Joe made sure that he test drove not only once or twice but for the entire duration probably at least 6-8x since the alignment issue was escalated to the BMW Engineering Dept where a thorough investigation and installation of various parts were performed until Joe validated that the alignment was fixed. I was very happy to say that everything went well where the pulling stopped and brought my vehicle back in about a week or so later to test drive with Joe again to make sure (since I have power suspensions, Joe confirmed that drifting a bit in the direction/surface of the road/highway/freeway in which my vehicle was still mostly slowly drifting to the right is within scope after however many seconds maybe 5-7secs of delay; I was not too sure at first then realized no one really lets go of the steering wheel to let the car autopilot on its own unless you're on cruise control so I gave them the benefit of the doubt) and met Jacob who was the new Service Manager at the time, he is super cool and real nice.Thank you so much Weatherford BMW for making sure that you have taken care of me during these trying times, I highly advise and recommend everyone in Alameda County to go here ONLY for all your parts and services since they are very well trusted in the business for 45yrs. However, I am neutral with their sales department since I wanted to see what the estimated trade-in value for my vehicle was for a possible upgrade to the newer 2023 BMW X7 M60i and it was okay, not the best. Lastly, from a personal and familial experience standpoint, any BMW over 5 is not worth getting (the worst will be having a drive train issue); should of gotten the BMW X5 M Competition instead lol.

I purchased a new BMW from Weatherford. A faulty chip was installed in many of the same model. I brought the car in and they gave me a very nice coupe as a loaner. I decided I did not want the brand new car with the chip problem. The mechanic offered to take the car and put me in another BMW.I asked for my money back and they did not pressure me, and arranged to have a check within 3 days. They said keep the loaner until I pick up the check.WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE!I then test drove another model and turned around a bought another car from them. what a great dealership.

Matt in parts has earned the last lost star for Weatherford. Matt is always helpful.. knowledgeable, and personable..Especially on those days that I can only afford some fluids.Keeping an older X3 fully serviced is a commitment.Not everyone that owns a BMW is a movie mogul, trust fund baby, or famous person. Some of us are just high-achieving women trying to live out our dreams. Matt has earned back the last star by being consistently personable, and well informed. whoever runs the parts department is to be commended for hiring and training personable people to interact with BMW owners. If it wasn't for the parts department personnel, and their positive attitude, I might not have decided to keep my X3. Weatherford is again a 5-star-reviewer 5 star BMW dealer. Thank you to all of you in the parts department that answer my questions on my BMW.I hope to keep my X3 successfully running until I can move up to something else.

This review is for the sales team side of the dealership. I saw a used 2019 Mazda Miata on the internet and decided to come check it out. Generally I hate going to car dealerships. But the people at Weatherford treated me very well.I just randomly showed up without an appointment and was greeted by the very nice and accommodating front counter staff.The reception counter then directed me to my sales advisor Dina. Who showed me the car in hand. I had already driven this car before so I didn't need a long test drive. There was a good route that we took for the car that included some freeway but of course highway 80 is always a mess so we took the frontage road.Prior to purchasing the car, the car was already pretty clean unlike another dealer in Tracy that let me test drive a car that was pretty filthy. Weatherford seemed pretty top notch. They do give their used cars an inspection, which I never trust anywhere so I had to check the car up myself. But everything was on the up and up. I'm the happy owner of this new/used car. They did have some really nice new BMWs on the lot. The dealership is very clean, modern, and organized. I kind of would like to come back for service but I didn't buy a BMW. I would assume too by Dina's great service and capabilities that any salesperson you see will treat you with respect and understand your needs. Also my vehicle is priced very competitively as I had been studying the market for about a year and a half now.
