AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Employee caught KICKING MY CAR DOOR while thinking I was gone.Before considering any business with Weatherford BMW, I STRONGLY ADVISE READING YELP REVIEWS. Numerous warnings suggest avoiding this branch. Regrettably, I neglected thorough research, relying solely on their high Google review score. I am now deeply suspicious of how they maintain such a rating.During my scheduled service appointment for my X4, I was shocked by the unacceptable behavior I witnessed. While waiting for my Lyft ride outside the service center, I saw a mechanic seated in the driver's seat, playfully opening and closing the door with loud laughter, and Anthony, who assisted with check-in, was seen kicking my car door with his feet. It was evident they assumed I had already departed.Upon confrontation, the manager apologized, attributing the incident to Anthony's attempt to prevent the door from opening at him. Nonetheless, such treatment of customers' vehicles in their absence is unacceptable.I would not trust a business where employees feel entitled to mistreat vehicles simply because the owner is not present.

Weatherford gets 5+ stars. My salesman, Allen Bock, gets 6+ stars. The dealership is modern, clean and very welcoming. They have a huge inventory of new and used (pre-owned) cars. The sales area is open, with spaces separated by glass walls. No more small, closed cubicles; no more having the salesman disappear to speak with a “hidden” sales manager. I felt the process was transparent and fair.Allen Bock is a great salesman. He is patient, thoughtful, and gives clear and thorough explanations. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision or to purchase a car. Once I did decide on which car I wanted, the “negotiation“ process was short, and I felt they were very fair. The after-purchase follow-up could not have been better.Thank you Allen. Thank you Weatherford.

We bought a BMW at Weatherford and worked with John as our salesman. The entire shopping and buying experience was very professional and John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. John was friendly and never put any pressure on us, working to accomodate our schedule. I would highly recommend going through John.

I barely write reviews but I need to write this one to share my experience with service team at Weatherford BMW of Berkeley . I bought my car back in 2019 and it has been serviced at this location ever since .From making an appointment to actually getting my car serviced has been the easiest process for me , very fast and great communication.But this review is for Anthony Colombo to be exact . He’s my service advisor and has been very great to me . He’s very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly . He pretty much knows my car by now and gets it taken care of in a timely manner. He keeps me updated during the whole process from start to end . I would say that all the service team is just great ! A+Please keep up the excellent service we all have been receiving all these past years .
