The company will be obsolete in about six months, but it’s not just poor management - the attitude of indifference to customer satisfaction starts at the top and travels all the way down to the front desk.RIP WeWork, was fun while it lasted

I've had an office at WeWork for the past 6 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. In a world where the focus is often solely on profit and productivity, it's refreshing to find a workspace that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and guests.People at WeWork are talented and driven, yet also down-to-earth and supportive. There's a sense of camaraderie here that I haven't experienced at other workplaces.Here, kindness and professionalism coexist, making it not just a place to work for a paycheck, but a community where you can grow and thrive.

Common space is pretty albeit limited/cramped, and not all the amenities work all the time, but they host random events (like one time the staff offered us jello shots as we walked out, very unexpected lol), and the best part is the golden retriever, Kai! I love that this place is dog friendly, so for that, I'll add on a full star. Windows make a big difference. The first time my company worked here, we were in the biggest conference room, which doesn't have direct access to natural light (located in the middle of the floor with dim lighting), which left a bad impression. The other conference rooms with natural sunlight are much more enjoyable to work in. Usually the place is clean, but found food and a used knife on the floor of a conference room. It was there for days; I'm not sure if it's still there or not.

Berkeley WeWork is an amazing gem. Located just steps away from local spots and classes, I return here on a daily basis to enjoy the amenities and views this location offers. The Community team holds fantastic events, and the level of hospitality my colleagues and I receive is top-notch. The staff at this location has made my WeWork experience world-class. And don't forget to say hello to their unofficial mascot, Kai! He's a wonderful golden retriever who will welcome you with open arms!

Coming here has been such a wonderful experience! The Community team has provided such a welcoming experience and has always been there to help whenever I needed it. It is so close to campus; I will just walk over grab some food and work for hours. Not to mention walking in and seeing the friendliest dog on the block, Kai, brightens up my day!

Our team was looking to find a creative destination for offsite as we scale our biz. Sadly, we've used WeWork in other locations and other companies with success & loved the experience. However, Our experience yesterday was pretty bad and no one sought out solutions for our 4 hour stay ($500 cost just for meeting room). Coffee was out on every floor, no forks for lunch, sink was broken on our floor, elevator was broken & scary, TV didn't work in our space (they fixed wire connection), and almost every floor's unique drink offering (Seltzer, Kumbacha, etc) was completely out of stock or broken. Hope this review helps them fix up the spot and deliver a consistent experience. We wont be returning to WeWork as the value proposition is lost. :(Sad customer who used to find creativity @WeWork.

The space itself is clean and beverages are stocked. However there are few options for hot desk day use. Common spaces are small. I could not find an area to work in any of the common spaces that was not crowded, so I had to wear my mask the entire time. Meanwhile tons of conference rooms and office spaces were locked but empty. For $30 a day I expected a bit better.

They are good. The furniture matches expectations and the WiFi works, the printing services are adequate and the community is exceptional.
