He gave me pricing on the phone ahead of time and there was no change in the cost when I got my car back after about 5 hours. “I had this slow leak in one of my tires for a few days. When I noticed it I had took a pump with me to keep pumping it up until Friday when I was off work to get it fixed. I needed the tire repaired on Friday, because I was leaving town over the weekend. I tried a couple shops in the area, some of which I had been a customer at over the past many years. None could do it right then, everyone was busy or understaffed. Come back tomorrow, later today, etc. That happens, but it's also just a slow leak, and I need help right now.
Finally I ended up at this place. They took the tire off, found the tiny little piece of metal, pulled it out, plugged it, put the tire back on, I paid, and I was good to go for the weekend. Probably less than 15 min. Now that is awesome service. Definitely coming back as needed.”

“Amazing service and super fast!. Seriously, I had all 4 tires done same day in about 20 minutes. Premium tires very reasonable prices (michelin pilot sport all season). Tires were also manufactured about a month ago (so they weren't in a warehouse for a year) . I'm tired of waiting weeks for a big box store appointment, then waiting hours for installation. They offer free rotation and tire repair. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“I came to this place because my car system told me that my tire pressure was low and when I got here one of the gentlemen informed me that I needed new tires in the front. He made a very easy to get the tires replaced, and it was reasonably priced. He even spoke with my father over the phone to put me at ease, which was something he didn't have to do.
I feel nervous when I'm in situations like this. So it made me feel joyful that he was able to put my mind at ease.”

“Now, this isn't a paid advert or favors of any sort. Here's just a sincere testimony from my experience at G and C Auto-body, specifically at the Martin Luther King Jr way, Oakland location.
I must commend how organized they are, their professionalism and compassion in fixing cars. I initially went to another Auto-body shop (Name withheld out of respect) in Oakland where I was given a quote that was larger than life as compared to the actual cost of fixing the small dent/functional problem my car had at the time but when I came to G and C at this particular location, the problem was fixed better, faster and way cheaper as compared to the first place I went to. The difference was very clear, even to a blind person.
I hereby recommend G and C Auto-body to everyone, even my enemy (Just incase I have any that I am unaware of). They will get your car back to a motorable condition and you/your insurance will be happy to pay the realistic cost. Apart from the cost, the service is premium without sentiments or partial treatment. Thank you”

I blew one hittin' a curb/divider near home. They discounted the ' replacement ' tire since there's no protection plan available !!!!
Too - it was ' diagnosed ( maybe elsewhere ) ' while installing my funny wheel ' that previously a ' front brake pad clip had been installed backwards '. I did mention it, and they were replacing my ' Front Brake Shoes ' anyway, thus told me not to worry. They were ' Very Honest ' about sharing that All Rotors were in ' Good Shape - ( maybe more than 50% Fr9lont n Rear ) - thus no ' Turning, or Replacement Needed ' !!!
