Wise autotech was honest, clear, and fair when I went to have my 07 outback power steering, head gasket, etc. checked and oil changed. Both Zain and Wais were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I definitely intend on coming back whenever needed

Brought in my Mazda for a flat tire and a squeezing noise. They charged me almost $2k to replace some parts and after 4 trips and weeks of them having my car I still have the issue. Wise is not professional, which sucks because his employees seem nice. Direct quote when I told them I still had the issue and played the sound over the phone” I dont believe recordings, if I can’t replicate it it’s not an issue.” Don’t bring your car here.

I’ve taken my car here twice and each time has been great. Very kind and welcoming people. They’re clear about which services are necessary and which to hold off on. The prices are reasonable! They accept Costco discounts too.

Don’t recommend stripping the threads on the oil pan block cracked it said nothing and didn’t put the gaskets on right and it leaked

I found my shop! A huge thank you to Wise for attention and care. Wise was recommended by another local shop (they didnt specialize in VWs). I'm so glad I went to Wise. The ECP light turned on in my VW Tigua while driving on the freeway. Pretty scary, felt like the car lost power to accelerate. I drove to Wise Auto Tech and explained the issue. I was comforted by Wise's knowledge and guidance. He wasn't able to take the car in same day as it was Friday but he assured me that Monday morning they could take a look and gave me tips on safe driving in the meantime. Even though it was MLK day, Wise took in the car and had it back to me in great shape by the afternoon. The shop is also well kept and has a spacious waiting area with refreshments.

Searched all over the east bay for my AR go-to place. Found Wise Auto Tech by accident and glad I did. The reservation process was super easy. There is a comfortable waiting area and the owner was extremely professional, knowledgable & nice. The prices are reasonably and the shoppe is clean!

I had to get my car repaired and Wise did an excellent job. They kept me up to date during the repairs and the final price quote was accurate. Very reasonable charges for the services. The person I dealt with at the station was very friendly. Highly recommend this auto shop based on my experience, no complaints

They quoted us a price 200 lower than what they charged. Driver side mirror missing when we got car back. Maybe it was all a miscommunication, but, it didn’t seem like it.

This shop was recommended by both AAA and Costco. Called to get pricing for wheel alignment. The person answering the phone gave pricing. When I informed that I was still price comparing, (as this was our first call on the list), his was response was "I know". His manner was short and rude. He may be an excellent shop but initial customer interaction left us to find another place to do business.
