Very polite service man. A pleasure to do business with this company: they are prompt and very efficient communicators!Our rails were out of alignment, which caused a problem with our door tracking and then Ben fixed it promptly!

It was a really good service call. Ben kept me informed as to when he was arriving. That is always important for service calls. Then when he came, he was friendly and professional. He got both doors serviced and they’re working perfectly.

Had Ben install a new opener two years ago... quick & easy and reasonable. Two days ago a spring broke, leaving vehicles trapped inside. Next morning Ben arrived and 1 hour later it was fixed with 2 new springs.

My recent experience with Abracadabra garage door company was outstanding! This was in keeping with an earlier service they provided me, which was equally outstanding. My garage door opener, failed and needed replacement on a Saturday morning. They were able to schedule me in for a late afternoon appointment, at which time they replaced my garage door opener. To avoid future inconvenience. I also had them replace my third garage door opener. Based on my experience with their service, the quality of their work, and the thoroughness of their application to duties, I highly recommend Abracadabra garage door company.

Serviceman, Ben, put me at ease immediately with his professional manner and knowledge. He showed me exactly what the issue was with the clacking garage door and did something to lessen it until a new part could be ordered and installed. Excellent service!
