I had a very positive experience today at SafeStorage when I got my unit. two friendly ladies greeted us with smiles right away when we entered. Sarah was amazing. She walked me through everything made sure I understood that my property was going to be well taken care of. Give that girl a raise ??

The girls that work here are the reason I stay. Clean halls and no trash anywhere. In all the years I've used storage, this place has been by far the best and well maintained. Thank you Samantha and Sarah for all you do.

Good place with HUGE units. We get semis delivering for us and they don't have a problem driving in or turning around.

If I cold give it a negative star I would. The store manager Samantha is very rude and unempathetic my mother passed away and had storage there the family who was trying to get some things out of the storage unfortunately it was too late and that's our fault but the manager there was a very rude had no sympathy for a passing of a parent or my current situation. She kept repeating "it's 41 days past due who does that" who does that? A person who's mother passes away unexpectedly. She didn't say sorry or my condolences. Nothing! Just cold harted. We understand there are rules and this establishment is trying to run a business but there could be some commen courtesy. I will never do business with this store nor will my family or friends.

Needed additional storage space during remodeling so I stopped by our local facility. Sarah was wonderful. Explained everything in about 10 mins, looked at the space and was done in less than 20. Sarah was so nice with a great attitude. Couldn't have been easier. It's great doing business with knowledgeable and capable people. Thanks Sarah.

Super awesome and friendly staff. I wanted to see the storage unit I reserved and they took the time to walk me through the gate code process and even took me where my unit is located. Facilty is clean, staff are friendly, not too far from the freeway. and did the online promotion pricing which was cheaper than the other storage companies. Definitely would recommend.
