Dropped in this morning while in town for my daughter’s LAX tournament. Welcoming community, lots of fit folks, and great coaching from intro to close by Gene. Been doing CF since the games were at the ranch, and will return to this box next time I visit the area. Thanks y’all.

I dropped in to Foundry Crossfit this past weekend while in town for work. Gene was our coach and welcomed me as if I've been a member for years. He's extremely knowledgable and the members were very welcoming. I can't wait to go back when I am in town again.

Dropped into Foundry on a Sat.. expected something generic (again Sat) but it was a technical class (squat cleans, overhead squats) and Gene was fantastic.. he knows his stuff. On the smaller side of gyms but they had everything you need, good people and very well trained coach.
