***Do not hire them ****They installed a glass shower door . started making a popping/cracking sound within less than two weeks of installation they came out one time told me the hinges are defective and we need to be replaced multiple phone calls and conversations that I’ll get it in next week. here I am six months later they won’t answer my calls They just took my money and ran very unprofessional. So,here I am six months later they no longer answer my calls. They just took my money and ran very unprofessional no accountability. I called 2 times, left messages for a call back. Nada. I finally tried once more and got someone, ordered the glass, was told it would probably be ready Tuesday, they would call me. It's Friday, no phone call. I call and it's ready for pickup. My deductions are first, if you can, use another business. My 2nd, when they say they'll call it really means, 'we have your money so if you want your stuff, you follow up with us when we don't bother to call' Crappie customer experience all the way around

I used this company to replace all of my windows and sliders in my home. They were competitive and what I really appreciated was their great communication via email. Chris was my foreman for the job and he is first class and knows his stuff. Very personable as well. I would recommend these guys any time!

I called them for a quote. When they came out I told them what needs to be done. They told me we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote. Not only did they NOT get back to us in 48 hours I had to call them 3 days later because they totally forgot about us. Also they gave us a quote for a partial job because they couldn't get the parts for the window track in our kitchen nook. They said they would have to order the parts. When I asked how long that will take they said we don't know we will call you back when the parts are here. They never called us back with the quote, I had to call them so why would they call us when the parts are in? They will forget that too. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company they are not reliable!

These guys installed two 8 foot tall by 12 foot wide multi-pane sliding glass doors in our custom home. We have had them for over a year now and absolutely love them. They still roll very smoothly. The entire team was professional and even came and fixed a minor issue months later. I would use them again for any non-standard or higher quality window or door job.

We just finished our bathroom project with a seamless glass fixed panel and a shower door. The glass install was easy and amazing thanks to Austin and Angel, nice guys and very trustworthy professionals. The appointment to measure, layout options, ordering and installation took less a week. All custom, easy breezy. Also, special thanks to Rigo for being accommodating in giving us several options. We'll definitely be return customers!!!!!!!!
