I was waiting for a walk in visit for more than 1 hour and the lady and the men attended a pregnant lady without appointment just for was her friend it’s no fear the people that we are there wait more then other just for there are friends

Made my appt online. Went in on scheduled day, checked in, waited maybe 20 minutes & I was called to draw blood ( 10 minutes max)….& I was out. I was very happy with everything!

I went for labs this morning at the Bermuda Dunes, CA, Labcorp and was clearly shocked by the way I was treated by the woman who took my blood..I do not know her name but she was the woman in chair #2 on February 9th, 2024 at 9:00am. You will know who she is by checking the schedule.She had a sticker on her computer screen, in large Capital letters that said SMILE. She didn't smile once.I've had my blood drawn for many years due to a disease I have.I told her what she needed to draw my blood, and she was the first labcorp person who would not listen to me. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO DRAW YOUR BLOOD! Sheis RUDE

10/25/23 Albert was very rude at the front desk. Couldn’t explain details of what tests would be done today because “he had a lot of things going on right now” absolutely absurd and completely unprofessional. Customer service zero stars if I could! Everyone has something going on that is No excuse. No compassion at all.

I've needed my labs drawn every few months for years now. Lately it's been sooner than every few months. I always ask for Cheryl! She is by far the best lab person there! I am thoroughly disappointed that she no longer works there! A horrible mistake made by the human resources department! Cheryl, the phlebotomy at the Bermuda Dunes location is super accurate, knowledgeable and professional. My husband HATES needles and Cheryl is consistently able to draw blood on the first poke and always puts my husband at ease. We won't go anywhere else!

I have had horrible experiences for the last year trying to get blood drawn for my doctor. I have gone to every Quest Lab in the Coachella Valley and none of those labs could get blood from me. I had very bad experiences with the phlebotomist's being rough and very rude. I went to Labcorp in Bermuda Dunes last week and had my blood drawn by Cheryl and again today by Tamera, they got my blood on the first try!! They are so awesome!!! It was a great experience and they were both very gentle. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seen either time. They are all very professional and experienced. This is the only lab I will go to from now on

My husband had to have lab work every week; these people were the best. Always glad to see us and would get him back as soon as they could, joking with him and making him laugh. I couldn't say enough great things about the staff here. Efficient and professional.
