Heard of this place from a previous worker Amanda, this place is awesome!! Nikola was super helpful and knowledge. She was very pleasant to talk with and provided excellent recommendations!

Nicola is the best, My puppy had digestive issues she was sick and Nicola told me about a brand of food and swore than within two weeks the bleeding n loose stool would stop and it sure did. Thank you so much. I moved away but I go to pet oasis for food and of course to see Nicola.

The workers are great but the manager is terrible. Rude for no reason, selfish and always talks bad about customers. Not coming back so I don't have to see her again.

My girlfirends cat didnt come home one night and was found outside the house laying in the dirt covered in ants the next morning. He couldnt walk on his front legs at all. We thought he was in a fight or got hit by a car but so we went to the Vet and after $500 they couldnt provide any answers as to what was wrong(no marks or scratches anywhere) so they gave us painkillers and anti-inflammatory meds and said call if he doesnt get better.
After several days of no improvment we were starting to think the worst. He still couldnt use his 2 front legs.
I went to Pet Oasis where I have been going for almost a decade to buy some dog treats and told Nicola all about the situation. She informed me about poisonous lizards and insects out here and that if the cat injested poison - activated black charcoal might help absorb the posion.
I bought some activated charcoal tablets at the walgreens for $20 and the mixed with his food. The very next day the cat is walking on all 4's! Still tentative but he is walking!

Wanted to be able to say something nice about this shop but I can’t. Must have caught them on a bad day. The staff were not friendly or helpful. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything.

This is an incredible store with incredible employees!!! Nicola helped us with finding the right food for our gassy dog and gave loads of great information! Definitely coming back!!!

You know I don't have a lot of money I went there to support a small business . I understand their policy is return any food product within two weeks . This was not possible as I was down for a week and my pet did not care for the food . There was a half a cup missing . They stood strong and would not honor me allowing to change up the product . On top of me paying more for the product than I would online . Well that soured me . I am now purchasing online and saving money . I don't know what difference four or five days past the two week Mark would have hurt any but I guess sticking by the rules in this case lost them actually five customers . Other family members are not purchasing from them now.

I purchased a package of frozen OC Raw Fish from this store and it made my dog ill. My dog has had this food several times from other stores and it was fine. It looked like the food had been defrosted then refrozen as the shape of the food was off. I totally understand this can be an issue as it takes time to unload and load food into the freezers as it is delivered during extremely hot weather. My one star review is due to the fact that this store would not refund or give me store credit when I tried to return it. Their policy is "no returns" on frozen raw food. I would understand that if I was trying to return it because my dog was picky and didn't like it, but it made my dog sick for several days. $50 worth of food had to be thrown away. Very disappointing as I had hoped to find a nearby pet store with raw but don't want to take chances at this one again.
