I really like the staff that works at this location and the pharmacist is very happy to assist with shots and the medication that is prescribed for me. I’ve always had a good experience here and I will continue to shop at this location for my medication. The gals there are very good and professional as well . Happy to spend my $$ for meds 👍👍👍

I have used Ralph's pharmacy in Bermuda Dunes for approximately 4 years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Christina, Lisa, and Felicia always address me by name, and everyone is very helpful. What prompts me to leave a review today is a message left on my voicemail by the pharmacist, Yen. His call was made to maximize the efficiency of my prescriptions. Upon talking to Yen, together, we reviewed the list of 11 current medications I am taking, omitting many others that were obsolete. I am very pleased and impressed. What pharmacy provides this exceptional service? None other! Thank you, Yen. Thank you, Kroger.

I normally had a terrible experience at this store. if you need assistance with something, the staff is normally rude and unhelpful, the service and costumer service is mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yesterday they "forget" to give me the "advertising discount" and they make it really hard to return my money back when I realize the discount was not apply :( 30 minutes trying to figure it out "how to made my refund... really?

I have been shopping in the store for 12 years. I do not know one single solitary employee by first name. And that's pretty sad.

Crappy phones are difficult to get through to the pharmacy. The automation demands and answer then demands more information when my answer does not fit what it wants to do.... the grocery part is your standard ralphs, the employees are a bit curse and short, the registers are understaffed. Not much to write home about here

Chris is probably the worst in customer service I have seen. Insisting I need my receipt to return less than $2 dollar item. I spend thousands of dollars here a year. I have never been so treated this poorly. And he is your Manager??? I think now with the new changes, the buyout from Albertson's, talk about a monopoly, I think there will be a lot of changes, including management such as Chris. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! If you go to the deli DONT WORK WITH MISTY she was so needlessly rude today I was in shock. I asked for my meat sliced very thin, she then said with an attitude "sliced very thin or shaved?" I said very thin, she then said "well you know THERES A DIFFERENCE so very thin or shaved?" ....very thin. I then asked for three quarters of pastrami, she gives me one quarter. I say no three quarters please. She then said "uhhhh you said ONE QUARTER just so you know" I said no I asked for three. She then acts completed offended " why are you being rude?! I misheard you!" Wow what a peach. Have her work in the back away from customers!

This store is convenient and they usually have fresh produce. The store is clean and prices are no higher than any other Ralphs location. Like that they have a gas station in the parking lot.

If you like to ring up and bag your own items, this is the store for you! This store has the absolute worst customer service and we all know Ralph's prices are sky high. Go across the street to Albertsons where the deli and bakery items are fresher and there are multiple check stands open along with courtesy clerks to bag your items and offer help out. I used to like Ralph's but I'm not going to pay the Ralph's price for a Food 4 Less experience.

Customer Service has gone down the drain here. On two separate events my 80 year old mother had a bad experience here. One I witnessed. 1. She had a bagger argue with her about cat sand. She bought four for one price and was charged for thee but for more then the cost of the four. When she asked if she could get help getting the fourth the bagger said he wouldn't get the cat sand for her even though it was to heavy for her, that it wasn't his job. When she tried bringing it up to a female manager, she sided with the employee saying he was busy. 2. She had purchase several box's of Diet Coke in that same day. When she opened one of the box's of sodas she noticed that six of the sodas were half full. She had already drank six and when she got to the next she realized that the remainder six were this way. We went to the store and approached Manager Victor, who said "I need the other six sodas", we said that she already had consumed them, he said "Well I need a receipt. I explained that she bought these on Thanksgiving and had gotten rid of the receipt by now. He "There's nothing I can do, how can I say this is ours? No way of proving it. I can't take a loss for that!" Now mind you we have shopped here so much that we know a lot of the store employees and managers. I said "It's not like we opened these unopened sodas and now am trying to steal. There must be something you can do? Or adjust the cost for six damages sodas? He said "No". Odd because we have seen so many people stealing in here and walking out. I've notified management when people are stealing. And I've been a very loyal and supportive patron here and you can t help an elder on a fixed income to get her the six sodas she was robbed of by this store! This Manager Victor NEEDS to learn how to talk and relate to customers. We felt belittled and embarrassed because he came across as if we were lying and trying to steal from RALPHS. It's to bad because management in the past was so good, but now they've moved on and replaced by these managers with ZERO Customer Service. Shame, Shame, Shame! We even left the half emptied diet sodas with this sad excuse for a manager.

I worked in the grocery business for nearly twenty years. mostly in store management. within minutes of being in a retail establishment i can tell pretty much what condition its in and why. This store is definitly well run. Always stocked well, never found out of code product, and given the challenges in the Coachella Valley workforce, the employees are always helpful and engaged. Never have to wait long in line even during the busiest times. Only downfall is the employees at the prepared foods section- here where you will see exactly what "challenges" all employers in the Coachella Valley face. I feel bad for anyone supervising people here- its like herding cats. Impossible.

I have been going to this Ralph’s pharmacy for many years. I could not ask for better care. Lisa goes above and beyond to help you in whatever you need. Her compassion ,understanding and knowledge is the best.

I've been coming to this Ralph's for about seven years now since I purchased my home in Bermuda Dunes country club. Mike the cashier has been rude more than once. He will literally throw his hands in the air walk away from hos job and tell someone to take over. In all my years of customer service I've never met someone so rude. This has happened on multiple occasions and I've witnessed him do it to other customers as well. He uses profanity and doesn't care who hears he acts like he's not at work I cannot believe Kroger would have someone working in their store like this. We're about to start going to Albertsons across the street because of Mike And that's sad because everyone else we love in the store an amazing staff goes above and beyond
