Went very last minute after work as I occasionally do. Several employees met me at the door which included Gregory that specifically stated Kendra the Manager closed early in which they then refused to assist anyone after midnight. Even though their hours state 1am.
In this case I needed to purchase dire emergency items and was not let through to purchase.

I got poor service and unhelpful
Questions in the deli department. It was a Mondnay about 11:00 AM. I was the only customer at the counter. There were several people working there but they completely ignored me. Finally
after several minutes, I asked If someone could help me. An older woman came over and I told
her I needed slices of ham and cheese. I was standing right in front of the meats. Instead of helping she kept asking me question about brands. She was rude and and not helpful.
I am an 88 year old man, well groomed and soft spoken. I have never been treated in such a condescending manner. Please train your staff to attend to the live customers first.

Went in today, store was not busy so able to go right to checkout. I had items saved on a list that were on digital special and I asked cashier to help me understand how to use the app so items could be charged at sale price. Cashier was very abrupt, was able to get my discounts bit still completely in dark how to use app. Needless to say I have no desire to return and be treated so rudely.

Customer service at this store is not good. So when a young gentleman I recognized from the Indio store says hi to me..I was confused then I was so happy to see him.He was the reason I shopped the produce at the other store..I thought he quit.I would like to say that you have a great employee working for you now...the nicest toughest guy I have ever met. I believe his name is Eddie.No matter what he is doing he always went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Keep it up my friend!

Ralph's always costs more than Von but it's not hugely different. If you use ur ATM card and want cash back Ralph's charges a fee to do it whereas Vons and Albertson's does not. Ralph's does seem to carry a larger selection of goods than Vons/Albertsons. I moved here from LA what's up with chicken out here in the desert? Most of the time there are few selections to chose from. In LA there are always several brands and every cut of chicken u can think of with bone, or boneless.

Cashier Angel L. is so rude and her math skills are even worse. She has twice now rung up my items incorrectly, blaming it on me that she typed in the incorrect phone number. She is allowed to be mean and uncaring by her manager, Kendra. With the exception of a very few employees, the staff at this Ralph's need to be retrained or let go. Albertson's across the street knows how to treat good customers so I will just shop there.

Does the word "MANAGER" not mean anything anymore to these kids. & Get it together Kendra! . who tf gives separate days off to thier employees

Customers should not have to wait to give the store our money. Pay the cashiers more so you can hire more staff- time for Mr. Kroger to take a paycut. Why is a company that made $2.2B in profits in 2022 short staffed? Checkout lines go up the aisles and I’m not interested in being forced to do self checkout. Constantly disappointed with how long it takes to get out of this store.
