My cousin and I came to find a good storage area for his upcoming move low and behold this place was quite the fast and easy experience, we were greeted immediately with a quick laugh and a smile both ladies of the management team are so very friendly and thorough, answering questions and having answers helped the process move along so much quicker. I do high recommend this place for your storage needs very clean and has climate controlled units! We will be back in summertime for the Snowcone day!

Celia was extremely helpful in explaining everything and made my first time buying a storage space a great and easy experience. She thoroughly explained all agreements so that I understood as well as provided a preview of the space in which I would be renting. Very satisfied and happy rent a unit here. Thanks so much Celia.

Over the years, I've had multiple storage units. I can't recall any of them increasing as much as this one. I started with a deal and after that ended, it's gone up a couple of times. I'm almost paying double what I started with. I just wish I knew what I was getting myself into by choosing this brand. First time I've used it. Usually I use the bigger names but after a little mixup I landed at this one and now I regret. I just want to give people a heads up before choosing this one.
One thing I noticed that does concern me is that the units aren't exactly secured. There are slots in between the units that connect. I'm not sure why they have these. I've never seen this in other brands I've used. The slots are somewhat difficult to reach but if someone was determined enough, I'm sure they could figure a way to get into their neighbors unit. For these two reasons, I will never use this brand again. And i would recommend against anyone else using them as well.

Been renting this unit for a few years now always pay my rent when due,just got notice my rent is being jacked up near 50% with no good reason from raylein other then we can do it its in the small print on your contract.I think this is outrages knowing it is a big task to move everything out. no response from owners just a short you have no choice but to pay or move.
