This is the bank I go to , I forgot to write a review on my experience there. The tellers and manager are so nice and professional. I had an issue with a large check and they took care of it before I left the branch. This bank is closing soon or has already closed this branch

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 35 years and just got tired of their unethical practices. For example during the pandemic my accounts (very flush with money) were frozen because I exceeded 8 withdrawals in a month. These were tiny amounts, mind you. Last month I went to close out my accounts to move to First Bank, only to find they are not open at all on Saturdays. Went in on a Monday to close out everything and because I had a $2.00 pending transaction in my checking account, they would not release ANY of my funds - including $120,000.00 in one of my savings accounts. My other savings account was also locked down; SERIOUSLY, for a $2 transaction in my checking. Once the $2 transaction went through I had to go back and wait for them to print out my cashier's check. As I was getting ready to leave, the representative warned me that people were targeting people who were leaving with large cashier's checks and to be very careful getting to my car safely. I was parked in front of the dang door.

Exactly right on point with other reviewers. Only 1 teller staffed and 5 people in line. If you need to use the bank services choose another location. This one took the brunt of the cuts to staffing.

Terrible bank. Do you remember a few years back, 2016 Wells Fargo paid out $3 billion for making fraudulent accounts for clients!Don't trust them, take your banking elsewhere!

Well after 20 years I've decided to scratch Wells Fargo, I've had a business account, 10 home loans and have concluded they are not interested in "any" customer service. First, I opened a 401k and two weeks later they opened a second account. I believe they pushed their employees so hard to make sales plans they create fraudulent accounts without customers permission. Second, I understand them not wanting to carry auto loans, but they do offer personal loans as a substitute. With a credit score of 830, my loan rate was 13.4 percent! Th

Worse experience! Tellers are completely unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. It's an embarrassment! So much for customer service

One star is very very very generous after what I went thru today. I deposited my check today the teller asked if I wanted it cash I explained I needed to deposit my money because I had bills to pay today. Less than an hour later I tried to pay a couple of bills online to which my card was declined. I called the bank and they said that the funds would not be available until tomorrow. I explain to them that that had never happened before and their policy seems quite ridiculous considering the payroll check I deposited was also a Wells Fargo check. One of the managers said that he would try to free up $200 of my paycheck, I let them know that it was an inconvenience but if I could have access to some of the money that would be great. Not even an hour later I again tried to use my debit card again it was declined so I called the bank and asked for the manager. This time the manager explained to me that there was no way they could even give me $200 of my money and that I would have to wait till tomorrow for any and all of my funds become available. I explain to her that this was unacceptable had I known that the funds would not be available till tomorrow I would have just cash my check and left the bank. She said that she would try to call the customer service number and she would have to get back to me a couple of hours later she called me back and let me know that she was still working on the problem but that their system was now down but she understood that I was locked out of my account and she would get to a solution before the end of the business day. This phone call took place at around 2:30 in the afternoon. By the end of business today at 6 o'clock the manager never got back to me I checked my online banking and the money was still not available in my account. I have now incurred late charges on accounts that I was to pay today. I had to borrow money for gas, and to feed my children dinner. I have had problems in the past with Wells Fargo but nothing more infuriating then having to borrow money so my kids could eat dinner because Wells Fargo made it impossible for not only me but their own employees to get into my account. It is more than ridiculous and I accept no apologies. As a single mom I work very hard for my money and to go and ask my friends to help me out because of Wells Fargo is more than ridiculous.

One of the tellers was really rude. She didn't even greet me hello or goodbye she just kept staring at me. If she doesn't like talking to customers she's in the wrong career. I don't know what her problem was, but I heard one of the tellers being so nice with her client. I understand having bad days, but a hello would have been nice. If I wouldn't of heard one of the tellers, I would have assumed they were all going to treat me like I didn't exist.

Went to open up a checking account today. Was very pleased with the customer service. Jenna Smith was the banker who helped me open up my account. I went inside and was helped within a minute of waiting. Jenna was very professional and very polite during the duration of my visit. Overall very pleased with this location and its customer service!

Definitely the worst Wells Fargo branch in the palm desert/ la Quinta area. The tellers are not helpful, all they care about is opening accounts and getting the credit for it. Honestly, they just keep getting worse, I've been going to this branch for a little over two years and the employees just keep getting worse.

Let me start by saying I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2009. I know that may not be a long time to most of the world but it is at least enough time that I would think Wells Fargo would be upset about losing me as a customer. That was not the case. In the month of February Wells Fargo charged me over $200 in fees that started with what they call a Legal Processing Hold for $125 that they cant even tell me what it is for. All I have heard multiple times from not only in the branch but on the phone is that I owe someone money. First of all I do not owe ANYONE an money. I find it funny that they say I owe someone money but: 1. They haven't taken any money from the account to pay anyone except the $125 fee and $80 in overdraft fees because of this error on their part 2. They cant tell me who I owe money to 3. They were really quick to just cancel my account because the department that charged me the fees isn't able to be reached when I go into the branch. At least Chase Bank is offering me $300 to start a new account with them. At least I can make up some of the money I lost for no reason.

Everyone at this bank is extremely friendly and helpful. I have to give props to Lance, the merchant services rep, who went over and beyond with his excellent customer service.

The worst tellers I've ever encountered their pushy and just rude! Customer service is terrible and their employees need to be trained properly or find a job not working with the public.
