Brought my Pontoon boat to Jeff because my motor was stalling. After about $1000 worth of work, they could not repair it. Even after his mechanic Steve swore that he would fix it. Then Steve offered to buy my boat from me! Don't insult me !!! They stopped communicating with me and totally ghosted me!! Would not return my text! I took it to another repair shop and they fixed it ! The new place told me they put cheap Chinese parts on my boat and made it run worse! You wasted my money! Actually you took my money and gave me nothing in return, but a big fat headache and an empty wallet!! The new mechanic said you didn't even do the tune up correctly! GAH !!!! Thanks for nothing!!!

THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!!!!!He acts like he knows what he is talking about but really has now idea on how to work on newer Yamaha equipment.I simply asked for a diagnostic and came back with sensor that need to be replaced.Guess what? Still have the same problem. He then informed me that the boat was a lemon, and that there's nothing else that can be done.Turns out everything he tried. I already looked up on the Internet and he charge me outrageous price for the same work you can do yourself. When I went to finally pick up my boat, none of the work that he said he was going to do was done and could not prove any of it was done.He had told me that 4 sensors were going to be replaced, but only one had been replaced and could not show me the old one which makes me skeptical, it was even done!He then decided charge me for spark plugsTo be replaced with out any authorization or talking to me about price before doing anything. Still could not provide me the old spark plugs to prove that it was actually done.Stay far away from this guy he will rip you off Any chance he can.At the end of the day when I went to pick up my boat, it cost me over $3000 and nothing was fixed. So I took it back to my dealership and they were able to fix this problem within a matter of one hour and $200 later. And if you read this -Jeff which I hope you do!! You don't have the right equipment, nor the proper training to work on Yamaha's Stop lying to people and making them think you're a authorized Yamaha mechanic.I want my money back!!!Everything you supposedly said you did was wrong!!I will also be talking to the better business bureau about you!

Replaced impeller and pump housing, in and out very quickly. A bit more then I wanted to spend, but it was reasonable priced based on availability and estimates from other shops. Owner was knowledgeable and up front about the work and pricing. Overall great service and would recommend to others.

Jeff and his team were amazing! We bent our prop out enjoying the first day of sunshine. Caused us to park our boat. When we got back to the truck their was a card on our window, which had been left by Jeff. Out hustling...thank goodness. We reached out on Sunday and Jeff answered! BAM, dropped our boat off Monday and have it back just as promised in two Friday's. Not only did they do what was asked but they also customized our stereo deck fitting WITHOUT us asking and it looks great...I would highly recommend Jeff and the team, honest and reliable...

When I could not pay he lied to the DMV said he gave me an invoice and refused to pay. When I opposed he filed a small claims suit for storage. Rejected my offer to pay so he could lien sell and still charge me. CALIFORNIA STATUTEThe law requires anyone in the business of repairing boats to give customers either (1) a written price estimate or labor and parts for a specific job or (2) a written estimate of the maximum cost for a specific job that does not differentiate between labor and parts but does set the maximum price (Cal. Harbors and Navigation Code, §§ 410-418). The law applies to work with an estimated cost of $100 or more. A repairman who does not comply with this law does not have a lien on the boat for the value of the services rendered.Recording the Customer's ConsentIt requires repairmen to obtain a separate oral or written consent from the customer before doing any work or supplying any part more than, or different from, the original estimate. If the consent is given orally, the repairman must record the consent on the work order and the invoice. The record must show the name of the person authorizing the additional or changed work and the date and time of the authorization. If the repairman called a telephone number to obtain the authorization, the record must also show the number called. Finally, it must specify the additional parts and labor in addition to the total additional cost.Estimates When Disassembly Is RequiredIf the repairman must disassemble a boat, or any part of it, to prepare the written estimate, he must first give the customer a written estimate of the cost of disassembly and reassembly. This estimate must also include the cost to replace items normally destroyed by disassembly, such as gaskets, seals, and O rings. If disassembly might prevent the restoration of a part to its former condition, the repairman must write that fact on the work order containing the estimate before the customer signs it. The repairman must inform the customer orally, and conspicuously on the work order, of the maximum time it will take to reassemble the boat or its part if the customer decides not to proceed with the work. The law prohibits the repairman from charging the customer for more time for reassembly than the amount stated on the estimate.Once the disassembly is complete, the repairman must prepare a written price estimate for the labor and parts required to make the repair. Before making any repairs, the repairman must obtain from the customer his authorization to make the repair or to reassemble the boat.Off-Hours DeliveryIf the customer cannot deliver the boat to the repairman during business hours and has requested repairs or an estimate, the repairman must, before doing any work, (1) prepare a work order stating an estimated price for labor and parts; (2) give the customer all of the information on the work order, by telephone or otherwise; and (3) obtain the customer's oral or written consent. If the authorization is oral, the repairman must record the consent on the work order and the invoice showing the date and time of the authorization. If the repairman called a telephone number to obtain the authorization, the record must also show the number called.Estimates Given in Good FaithA repairman who gives an estimate in good faith is not obligate

I brought my Seadoo Jet Boat here to get the supercharger rebuilt and a tune up. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what my boat needed to run right. The boat was fixed in a few days at the price we agreed upon. Jeff did not try to upsell me any extra work that the boat did not need. 5 stars for Delta Watercraft and their team.
