Scot and his team saved my bacon. At 4:15 on a Friday afternoon, the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) told me my car couldn't be shipped to South America. I was supposed to be on a plane at 0615 the next morning, with my pup and his within-ten-days vet certifications. Auto Vault Storage picked up my car from the hotel parking lot, stored it while I got the issue resolved, and sent a driver to conduct vehicle turn-in at the VPC a couple weeks later. Scot was responsive, professional, and all around a life-saver. I realize I'm likely not their usual customer (or perhaps, my 2013 Impreza isn't), but they were absolutely amazing when I was in a bind! I couldn't recommend them more.

I have been storing my cars here for a little over a year. Scott, Vicky, and the entire team are professional and wonderful. I call up and request one of my cars for the following day. It is washed, gassed-up, and ready to go. I trade out one car for the other. Everything is smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place, whether you are looking to to store your daily commuter vehicle or prized Pagani Huayra Roadster BC.

A M A Z I N G! Love the fact that everything is hand washed from start to finish. Everyone was great and friendly! Close to work so it's convenient. Made a call the day before and thankfully they were able to take me in then next morning. They're located at the bottom of the Ralph Lauren / Giorgio Armani parking garage (behind Rodeo Dr).

This place is AMAZING!!! Ten stars!!!Literally do not wash my car anywhere else. I don't drive a fancy car, but I am super OCD (as noted in my other reviews haha) but they just do a remarkable job. I don't mind paying for great work & service, plus they treat my normal car like a Rolls. Scott and Kay (owners) are the best - always a pleasure to talk to and work with. They take care of the most high-end vehicles in LA so they know what's up. Love this place!!!

Detail 301 went above & beyond my expectations. My BMW will be three years old in two months and I'd only gotten the interior detailed once up until now. Since my car has WHITE leather seats, and my dog lays on my passenger seat several times a week, it was looking pretty rough! There were white scuffs on my steering wheel, and the inside was super dusty. I didn't think they'd be able to get it looking as good as they did, and I was ready to settle for even mediocre results. They somehow managed to clean everything up, and I feel like my car looks brand new again. I wish I had a before picture, but the after pic is beautiful.
