Went for a blow out (with curls). The shampooing was rushed (dripped water on me) and used cold water...The blowout was literally, a weird way of blowdrying with no curling. 20mins in total and $75. I have no idea what just happened.

After staying home for months I was finally able to go and visit Kay at the Bellazza Salon. I really needed Kay's magic touch. She brought life, luster and shine to my hair and made me feel beautiful. Everyone at the salon was wonderful. They treated me like a celebrity. They made me feel very special. Miri, Lesly and Kay all did a great job. I am grateful to them and the salon. A very happy customer.

I've been coming here for a while and I always am so happy with my hair afterwards! I came in today for some highlights and a trim and I absolutely love it! Kay always does such an amazing job! The salon is always such a lively place and everyone working there is super friendly. Since quarantine, they've taken plenty of precautions and made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable!

I have gone to Kay for many years. I have always been extremely happy with what a great job she does with my hair. After months of quarantine she has transformed my roots and highlights and also given me a well needed trim. I Love It! The salon is taking extra precautions sanitizing and also took my temperature before arrival. I was well distanced from all other clients and felt very comfortable. Thank you Kay!

I had a huge event and went to a nearby salon to get my hair colored and done. My hair came out horrible. I was so upset and didn't know what to do when my friend brought me to Kay at the Bellezza Salon at the Hilton Hotel. Kay fixed my color and haircut to where it looked so adorable that I plan on keeping it this way from now on. Kay is a life saver.

I was staying at Beverly Hilton and needed to get my hair done. I travel for work so I am never in one place for a long period of time. I called and made a same day appointment for a trim. I was seen by Kay. She was sooooooo knowledgeable about everything hair related. I came in for a trim and blow out style. I was so impressed with timeliness and pricing. Especially for Beverly Hills. I will be returning to this salon when I Am back in town. Thank you!!

Worst experience ever. Hilton Beverly Hills should end their lease with this salon. Was quoted 95 then came back for appointment and quoted 150. GF was getting hair done and, I went to check on completion of her hair and was quoted 470 dollars. YES! True story! I see on this same review 2 yrs ago, a patron had a similar issue with adults. NOT RECOMMENDED YOU PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. SCAM ARTISTS.

I was at The Beverly Hilton and had my roots colored at a salon there. The colorist dyed my light brown hair with dark, almost black roots. I knew there was a problem when he shampoo'd my hair 3 or 4 times and Then rushed me over to blow dry my hair after I said I didn't need a full blow dry, I just wanted to see the color. When I saw the color, I said that it was too dark and his reply was "no, it's not too dark, I like it like that" when I continued to complain he said, "don't worry it will wash out in 2 shampoos because it's not permanent. After it NOT washing out, I called to speak to the manager, She was not available so I explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone and she asked if I wanted him to correct it and I said that I did not want HIM to correct it, maybe someone else. She said she would explain to the manager and she would call me back the next day. The call never came. I was charged $160 to ruin my hair and now I have to pay someone else to correct it.

What a rip off! On April 14 I stopped by in late afternoon to get a blowout while on vacation. The brochure at hilton concierge quoted $65 and up. Imagine my surprise when stylist charged me $275! He was only person still there and I didn't want to get into dispute as I was rushing to meet my family. I've been trying to get this resolved but to no avail. He asked me if I wanted a conditioning treatment but how could that possibly explain a $200 overcharge

Me and my friend needed a blowout done to our hair we called downstairs to the hair salon asked for pricing and availability They told us blowout is $60 and they are available if we come right now. When we came in there my friend got some curls that's it I asked for a blowout I told the gentleman I have extensions in my hair. Please be careful with my hair if you do not know how to work with extensions please don't touch them he advised me he is a professional and he knows how to work with extensions on a daily basis. That was the biggest lie. He washed my hair so rough that extension on my left side had been drag down almost halfway when I got up I seen that I told him please don't touch it. I asked him for alcohol that will loosen up the bond and I could take it out so he could continue doing the blowout. He refused to give me any alcohol and he kept pulling on until I got out from my chair and told him to stop do not touch my hair also management and three other girls that work in that salon seen this happening nobody said anything to him nor try to stop him. As I sat down in my chair and try to fix it myself he comes from the back and pulls on it completely that caused it to rip my hair out he then asked me who does your extensions they did a bad job. I had him dry my hair and I left when I got to the counter my bill was $95 I asked what is this the manager reply this is for your brow out. I told her you you said it was $60 when we called why is it $95 now and you also ripped half of my hair out they did not care they charged me I have complained to the hotel manager and also Hilton honors nobody seems to care. Do not go to that hair salon. customer service at this hotel is not acceptable to stay somewhere else if you would like to be treated as you're in Beverly Hills
