I went to this branch for sending international wire and also withdrawing cash. I arrived slightly earlier than the opening hours and my appointment time. The bank manager was very polite and nice to let me in and the banker Nadia was very nice to help me with wires earlier than the scheduled appointment time. This is one of the best Chase branch that I have been to. Very warm and pleasant experience. Thanks to them.

This is one of the worst Chase branch that I've ever been to. Most of the staff are mean if not rude, specially that lady who's an internal manager.

This bank for me os too bad, they blocked my account 4 times while i’m overseas and called them many times to check whats goin on wth em but nothing happend and never fixed my problem, they put me on trouble all time while I’m overseas specially when i wanna zelle an amount to my rent.I don’t recommend to rely on em if u wanna travel abroad and use ur acount so make sure about this time.Another thing is they asked me to call again in an hour while im overseas so the system can generate ways to verify my account.THE STUPIDEST PROCESS in the WORLD. I don’t recommend anyone to open an account with this bank, rude customer service and very complicated bank system.

Walked in and waited in line to open an account, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Was told there was no availability and we had to schedule an appointment for the next day and come back. They did not accommodate our schedule, so we accommodated theirs. Our appointment was 12pm, and that night I was moving to a different state so I was on a time crunch. I get there at 11:55am, making sure they know I arrived and am waiting for a 12pm appointment with Anna. Waited 20 minutes until Anna said she's "too busy." Asked for someone, anyone to spend two minutes with me to open an account. No one cared or helped me until 45 minutes past my appointment. This is outrageous, especially considering I am a Chase private client. No one cares about helping you. Go to ANY other Chase branch. Anna sucks and so does Lucy the manager, no regard for your schedule or the appointment THEY have scheduled for you.

Made and appointment here with a banker TWO weeks ago. We both work a lot and took time off for this appointment. Show up to the appointment and the staff tell us our banker is “out all week because he’s sick”. Mind you it’s Friday morning so it’s already the end of the week. We told the woman we both took time off work for this appointment and we both work 5-6 days a week ALL during their open hours so it’s VERY VERY hard to reschedule.We asked, if he’s been out all week, why didn’t anyone call us yesterday to cancel our appointment? Apparently, according to her, they can’t see future appointments until the morning of when they open. Ridiculous information that I do not believe at all. There is no establishment out there that MAKES APPOINTMENTS weeks in advance but can’t see them??? Until the morning of?? I don’t believe it for a second. I’ve worked many jobs in my life and we can all see future appointments. They did not care to accommodate us at all and just said “sorry you’ll need to reschedule. We don’t have any bankers”. So unprofessional. What a waste of time. Please be considerate of other peoples time!!!!

This review is for Christopher he provided me with great customer service he was patient he was informative and he was kind he was also very professional and welcoming. Overall I like this branch parking is easy the way it is always pretty minimal and the branch itself is pretty clean. But I mainly felt compelled to write the review for the great customer service I received today.

I wish I didn't have to write this especially since I've been a Chase customer for nearly 25 years, but this branch is the most incompetent branch ever!!! They have zero knowledge for even the basic questions. Not to mention they had a line with 10 customers and only two tellers one of which decided it was time for lunch and left. Wait, What?!?! The manager couldn't even step in to help since she was not a teller?! Wait, what?!? Shouldn't a manager know how to work all operations of the bank, even if it's just being a teller?! Come on Chase, get it together and focus on cross training, work on educating your employees, and definitely tell your tellers to wait until the line goes down before taking a lunch!!! After all don't customers come first? Def not at this branch!!! A big disappointment in such a high profile area!!!

Bank is unable to handle the most basic banking needs such as adding a DBA name to a company bank account. Unfortunately Chase does not have the capability to do this online, so visiting a branch is required. This is my third attempt to visit a branch and yet again Chase did not have resources available to handle this matter.
