I had such a WONDERFUL experience shopping for my first pair of Louboutins at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive flagship store. I live about a half a mile away, but if you're traveling to the area, thinking about doing it big, and planning on buying something ahead of time to wear while you're out in LA, just stop right now. WAIT until you get here to do it. I've got to tell you- I lived my whole life in Texas and dreamed about going shopping on Rodeo Drive and waltzing into a store only to walk out with that flash of red on the sole.Just do yourself a favor and wait until you get here to buy them. It's an experience that's hard to duplicate. I'll put it this way- people pay money to get into vans to watch you spend money on Rodeo Drive. I get my nails done out here, too and it's still cool and weird to me as I sit there and watch them go by. You won't regret the experience of sassing your way down the block with a Christian Louboutin bag hanging off your arm.The store is gorgeous and the staff are top notch. There were even what were clearly employees there off-duty just hanging out talking to people and commenting on how good everyone's legs looked in the shoes. If you do decide to come here to spend your hard-earned money on some hilariously unnecessary and wholly, appropriately, and justifiably ostentatious bits of leather and strass, ask for Mark Trevino to help you. This shoe was on the floor and they couldn't find her partner. And in the middle of a busy Saturday, Mark scoured the whole store for me, enlisted help, AND brought my husband and I champagne!And now he's helping me on a custom pair.Additionally, I had a look at their men's line while I was there. Y'all, they're pretty sick.

I thought this place was supposed to be classy but the manager wasn't just rude, she was MEAN to my ELDERLY mother in law. I would NEVER shop here again. The manager needs to remove the red heel out of her a***

A decent sized store with helpful staff and a good inventory and selection of the latest styles.They are also very helpful if you need a shoe stretched or repaired by an approved cobbler in the area.Prices are as expected.

I am very satisfied with my purchaseThe behavior of the staff is very professional and friendlyI strongly recommend to buy your products only from the boutique of the same brand and I want to share my experience with others.I have been a customer of Neiman Marks for a long time but will never buy from them again - customer service is unresponsive, salespeople are only looking for their own commission.I bought Christian Louboutin shoes from the fourth floor of Neiman Marks. When I opened the box at night, the bottom of the shoe was dirty and the strap was tearing.The next day, I went to exchange, first they said that we don't have that size anymore and we can repair it, then when I asked for a refund, they refused and said that you used these shoes yourself and accused me of lying, so I left the shoes there. I bought the same model and size again from the Christian Louboutin boutiqueNeiman Marcus customer service didn't do anything and worse, they didn't accept my words at allI preferred to leave the shoes there and go outMy day was ruined by arguing with themI will never shop there againWalk a little further and make your purchases from the boutique of the same brand to receive better services

I highly recommend this place Mark helped us out he was absolutely wonderful with us and helped me on finding everything that I needed I will definitely be coming back here with all my purchases from Christian Louboutin I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mark made my experience. Wonderful for my first time on Rodale mark and the security guard had a wonderful personality with me a made me laugh a few times thank you so much Mark for making My frist experience magical takes his customers very serious They need to give him a raise ♥️♥️♥️♥️!!

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Mark! I walked in just to browse and was immediately greeted by Mark. He was clearly busy with multiple shoe boxes in hand but took the time to say hi and let me know he'd he right back. He took his time explaining sizing, educating me on the shoes I was interested in, and helping me decide what to buy. I was not expecting to make a purchase that day, but I'm so glad that I did, largely due to his amazing customer service. I can't wait to go back to see him and buy another pair.

I came in a couple days ago to buy myself a pair 9f Christian Louboutin for my birthday. They have such a lovely variety of shoes! Hector assisted me in choosing the best pair for me and he was so helpful! I am more of a round toe shoe kind of girl but Hector made me aware of a new style called Dolly, in honor of Dolly Parton, and they are round toe shoes. So they were perfect! However my foot is on the wider side so I tried my usual shoe size and it looked lovely but my foot was a little snug, so I asked to try a half size up. Unfortunately, they did not have the half size up but instead I tried one size up and it fit way better due to my wide feet. The only issue was I had a gap in the back of the shoe. Hector recommended trying an insole to see if it fit better. So I tried it and it fixed the gap and I could finally feel the shoes for what they were. The look so lovely and as the heel on these shoes aren’t super high I could easy see myself conquering the world with them.

Beware of this store. Look at the other reviews and a few people have had similar issues with worn or damaged shoes from this location. We purchased a few pairs of shoes from them. When we got home we noticed the inside of them were dirty, like toe crust dirty presumably from people trying them on. My husband cleaned the inside of them for me so I may try them on. I tried on a pair with socks over the soles for protection and only wore them in my closet for no more than 5 minutes. I needed to exchange the pair for half a size smaller. I called the store, they sent a shipping label to return. I returned the shoes and received them back stating they could not exchange them because they had been damaged. Damaged?! From wearing them in my closet just briefly? They sent them back with a note stating to contact customer service. I did and they emailed back stating the store would call to resolve the issue for us. Someone from the store called me and stated she knows I did NOT wear them outside because she can tell but no, they will not be able to facilitate an exchange. I returned them EXACTLY the way they were purchased, even cleaner than they were purchased. They are stating they would *never* sell those shoes (yet somehow sold them to us). So I now have a pair of shoes unwearable due to their incompetence and lack of customer service. Save your money,AVOID THIS BOUTIQUE AT ALL COST.

After picking out the perfect boots and finding my size, everything that happened after that was close to a disaster. 1.) Trying to get ahold of the store, via phone, is close to impossible. I had to drive to the store just to speak to someone because I never got ahold of anyone and when I left a message I never received a call back - no confirmation was sent out when my shoes were shipped and it had been a week since they were to be expected. 2.) The customer service cannot even be called service at this location. When we went into the store to resolve an issue with the boots and ask for guidance we were given sarcasm and met with lack of understanding. The guy told us "wow, I've been working for this company for a LONG time and I've never seen anything like this before, must have been some party". After explaining multiple times that it wasn't a party but a lunch with no dance or anything, he continue to say "must have been some party, must have been some party". Instead of attempting to solve anything, he handed us a business card to a local repair shop and then shrugged his shoulders when we told him that we weren't local. He also told us that if we called corporate they would tell us the same thing. WRONG. We called corporate and they were nothing but accommodating and helpful in solving our issues with the boots - so thank you corporate! On top of this interaction, we got to the store when they opened. The security guards let us in and then went upstairs to tell them we were there. No one came down for 8 minutes (11:08 AM) but we could hear them all upstairs clinking champagne glasses, talking & laughing, and dancing to Justin Bieber. Less than subpar customer service at this location.

3 of the 4 staff members were great and deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They practiced excellent customer service skills; eye contact, they listened to me, and used my name once they realized I had a profile. The ladies and Mark made me feel welcome like I was purchasing from friends, but the guy who was in charge of store access took it upon himself to explain to me that I should go up stairs to choose my items from the men's section of the store and come down to make my purchase. I don't need shopping instructions nor should he presume that I needed a how to on shopping. If a customer visits the store and doesn't make a purchase they are not breaking the law. Chill bro, do better. Don't presume anything. I did make a purchase, you owe me a drink for my next visit. TM

I love working with this boutique and it's team! Everyone is absolutely delightful! From the moment I walked in Jordan the Security at the door is so human and greeted me immediately with a Walker. There was no judgement and no discrimination. Lily had taken my call prior to my visit and there was a shoe I loved and she sent me a link immediately and even held the shoe in a size larger to make sure it fit. I went in and sure enough the larger size was the right size. Her sales skills are unmatched as she anticipated my needs. It's those details that leave a lasting impression and is the service you expect from a High Fashion Boutique on Rodeo Drive. I work with Mr. Terren Myers as he is now My Personal Curator. He text messages me right away even on his days off and he is always enthusiastic, friendly and has great energy. He is very polite and incredibly professional. I appreciate his style and recommendations very much. All my packages are shipped same day delivered next day. Take a look at my new pieces! It is so refreshing to do business with people who value you & your business. Here's to doing much more business together!

Today was absolutely delightful at this Le Boutin! We met Hector who was warm and inviting, professional and loads of fun! He made the experience one we will never forget. We had great service and conversation and he was so prompt in finding exactly what we wanted. He made the day so special for my daughter’s 18th bday! I will not go to any other Le Boutin going forward and will I try to order anything for future from this boutique. It isn’t stuffy or rude in this shop. They all were friendly and I would purchase from any one of the employees we met today. Hector is phenomenal though and I can’t wait to shop with him again!Hector, we are gonna bring that Chrysler minivan back here to pick you up and go to dinner somewhere!!???❤️
