This is a review of their online service. I purchased a pair of shoes that I received on 5/24 and returned on 5/27 and received by them on 5/31. To date 6/23 I still haven't received a refund. I have left several voice messages - no response. Finally called the NY store who called someone who never called me but sent an email that they never received the return. I then emailed her back giving her the exact fedex info. Then no response. Call again to NY store. Someone calls me and asks me to send him the return tracking order. Another email from the original person who said they never received it now saying yes, the had it and it would take another 7 - 10 days to refund money. WOW what terrible service and I will never order from them again. At this point, they owe me interest. Makes you think they were trying NOT to return my money. SMH

My boyfriend surprised me for my Birthday with a visit to Clergerie . They could not have been more accommodating or pleasant . I highly recommend this particular Clergerie store in BH. I also highly recommend that everyone have some Clergerie shoes as they are truly stunning !

I absolutely love this store! They have the cutest styles that are both classy and sassy. You won't see these styles anywhere else so you're sure to stand out. The shoes are extremely well made...the quality is amazing. You will also get fantastic customer service in the store but also online (or even on the phone)! VISIT THIS STORE. You won't be disappointed!

Exceptional service from the staff, they clearly know their products well. I've purchased shoes from this store for years, I've never had any issues. Their shoes are timeless, classic, comfortable, fresh in designs, and the quality is superb. I'm a true believer that you get what you pay for in shoes. I LOVE this store!!!

The shoes, staff, and service are exceptional. Once they get to know you, they will contact you when a shoe comes in that they think you might like. I never feel pressured to buy any. The manager and the assistant manager are very knowledgeable about shoes and know how they should fit. I have been a customer for at least 15 years. It is my go to shoe store. Their styles are unique and beautifully made.

THIS ANTI-SEMITIC N*** STORE manager just called to informed me by telephone that she would not be willing to serve me and to take my thousands of dollars for their shoes - as they have so willingly in the past - because I dared to ask their associate by telephone (since we are in lockdown they are not open for walk in ) if their store was damaged in the BLM-ANTIFA riots that destroyed nearby Rodeo Drive stores and others. The associate (a young, professional woman whom I could tell was black) informed me that "nothing was damaged". I clarified asking "are you kidding? Your store is right by Rodeo and I know that Gucci and Chanel were damaged". We discussed the recent riots and my irritation over the BLM hatred that has been stirred up hate even within my own family and the young lady said "okay, but what about the shoes? I'm uncomfortable with this conversation" to which I said "well for healing to happen people have to be able to talk to one another" because that is absolutely true. The young lady assumed that I dared to discuss this subject matter because I didn't realize she was black (I did, even though she didn't realize that) and then I explained my shoe size and asked about inventory availability and store hours/policy for public (try on shoe) service. We ended the call in a friendly manner and I said to the associate that I sent her "healing love and a big virtual hug." She was very professional, very sweet and demonstrably appreciative. She could not have been more lovely. The next day I got a call from a woman who did not identify herself by name but I assumed was the store manager. She left me a voicemail message (that I wish I could upload here on Yelp, but there is not such an option), saying that due to my "rant" the prior day which her associate was "uncomfortable with" meant that "my store will not be able to service you." REALLY? SO I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST NOW because I am Jewish and my inquiring about the millions of dollars of absolute chaos and destruction that BLM and ANTIFA and others have brought to destroy and wreck havoc on luxury and mainstream retail stores in Beverly Hills and elsewhere is a punishable crime such that they refuse my business and act like NAZIS saying they won't serve me???? GOOD RIDDANCE - FASCISTS who do not support the First Amendment do NOT get my money.

Love Clergerie shoes and love this store in particular. Couldn't replace my awesome Clergerie sandals today as the sale was almost over, but I will be back as Clergerie makes stylish shoes that are fashionable as well--and last forever! Cynthia, the saleswoman who helped me, is friendly and so knowledgeable--she made coming in a pleasure. This is the best of what Beverly Hills retail should be: Personable, personalized and elegant.

Robert Clergerie's are truly made to last a lifetime while being comfortable and chic. This was the first time I had been to the BH store, and Laura-Lei (sp?) was one of the most fantastic people I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable about shoes and fit, offered helpful tips about wearing and storing shoes, was sincerely genuine and there was no attempt to "sell" me anything- only to find what truly worked and I found two great pairs! The only thing I will say is that the center room divider that displayed the shoes cut the entire room in half which was very claustrophobic and while I get that the vibe was supposed to be chic and minimal, it really came off cheap and poorly thought out. The interior to me does not reflect the Clergerie brand at all.

A little known secret. They have men's shoes in the rear of the store. The label is J. Fenestrier (which owns or is owned by Robert Clergerie). I first discovered these shoes a few years ago in Paris at the Fenestrier store. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The best men's shoes have a "goodyear welt" which believe it or not was first pateneted by Robert Clergerie. These shoes are superior to my Alden, Churches, and Allen Edmonds. Wives, buy a pair for your husband and he will be forever greatful.

The most amazing shoes, terrific craftsmanship. Price point is terrific considering the quality. And the manager/owner of the store has exquisite taste. He's French, terrific and referred me to a great place to lunch as well. Bought 2 pair & what I loved most about the shoes is that they are fashion statements that I can walk in as I am a lawyer and actually wear my shoes and clothes all day [not just for lunch or dinner]. I got loads of compliments in NYC as I walked to restaurants.

Didn't click with this store. We stopped at the Bev Hills store on Brighton Way just to check out the haps. The shoes are made superbly, mostly have platforms, and they all have a little fold-ability on the sole. But when I wore them, I felt like I was going to fall over. Already broke my left ankle once, don't need a repeat. Convenient parking at the structure in the next block.
