Worst pharmacy ever. Every single month, when my partner tries to pick up the exact same medication she’s always been taking, there’s a problem. We end up having to make multiple trips to the pharmacy, multiple calls to her doctor, multiple refill requests, all just to wait WEEKS for a prescription that could’ve been filled quickly and easily anywhere else. We’ve also had issues with them repeatedly giving my partner the incorrect medication, which she accidentally took one day and experienced dangerous negative side effects. If you want a monthly headache and to risk experiencing medication withdrawals, having relapses of chronic illness, or being given completely incorrect medications due to the utter incompetence of this pharmacy’s staff, go right ahead and choose this CVS.

Miguel was so kind he came over to me at the self check out to make sure I was ok and made sure I got a refund and coupon! He really cares! What a contientious man! Gives me faith back in humanity!

Shop CVS Beverly Hills. It is a wonderful store. Employees are plesant and efficient and --,they actually help the shopper with a question!

The service is very slow. Probably due to staffing issues. The pharmacists put here are continually the worst ones you could ask for. It has been like this for the longest - even though awful ones like Sara Haroni have finally been fired for mis-filling so many medications, CVS does not have the sense to put proper pharmacists in this location. Its a very unpleasant experience just coming to this location as well - you have to venture though garage parking that smells like urine and maryjane only to find yourself in line next to people with the worst, grating, strident accents on the planet. It's better to try and find an independent pharmacy in the area.

I scheduled the Pneumonia vaccine at my doctor's recommendation. Being younger than the allowed age (48) the website, when scheduling my appointment, clearly says that I can schedule it if I have one of the diseases on the CDC list that qualify me (which I do and is in my medical record and my prescription list can also prove it). They even show the list. The lady at the counter told me they can't give it without a doctor's prescription. Nowhere on the website did it say this and my doctor who has many similar patients (i.e. same disease as I have), I'm sure would have known this as well. Even if the lady behind the counter is correct, which I question, the website should have prevented me from scheduling the appointment or asked if I had a prescription. On top of that, I decided to pivot to getting the Covid vaccine which I'm due for but my doctor insisted I don't do them together. She refused me saying they can only do weekends with an appointment...since I had one, I guess she meant an appointment specifically for the Covid vaccine. Good customer service would have allowed me to switch but that's not what this CVS provides. I'll do my Covid vaccine at a different location where I'll inquire about what this lady claims and if she's wrong, I'll post a follow-up to this review.

Pharmacy is horrible. Long lines with only 1 clerk working. Get ready to stand in line at least 30 to 45 minutes every time you are picking up a prescription. They also make mistakes. Once I took a medication home that I never asked for a refill for. Some clerks don't speak basic English or can't hear. Have a vaccine appointment? You may wait 30 minutes to 1 hour, even with an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. This place is a zoo! Bad management!

The pharmacy at this location is unprofessional and does not provide good service. First they do not answer phone calls. For instance, when your question cannot be answered using the automated phone system, you have to go to the store for assistance. Second, there is drive up service yet the pharmacy will not help customers through the drive up. As an example, after 30 minutes the pharmacy answered the drive up call button and then told me the tube is broken. When I replied it worked for me. I just sent the tube to you. The individual told me I have to come in to the storefor assistance.
