The most amazing service and very professional staff. Natali was helping me with a bracelet and was wonderful. I had an issue with the size so I took it to resize it. An employee at David Yurman Glendale wanted to charge me $120 to resize and said it would take 2 months. I was in shock because that’s not how the service is. So I took it to Natali on Rodeo Drive and her manager Steve was just amazing. He exchanged the bracelet with a brand new one and the size I wanted. He even gave me a special box to place it so it won’t get tangled. They both offered astounding services that are proper for the brand. The employees in the Glendale location need to be trained again because that is very poor service. So I highly recommend visiting the Beverly Hills location!

I came to this DY boutique to choose a gift for my husband’s birthday. Masih at the boutique diligently inquired me about the occasion and the need for my husband. He then recommended many amazing pieces with unique design and authenticity. Before coming into the boutique, I did some research online and had some ideas. However, with Masih’s help, I was able to find a bracelet that was way better than my original choice of a pendant. I was really impressed by the professionalism, the taste, and the attentiveness of Masih. The gift was also elegantly wrapped. It was a great pleasure shopping with him. My husband loves the gift and it fits him perfectly well, thanks to Masih!

Worst customer experience of my life. Tried to return something slightly after 30 days. Super frustrating for an establishment of this caliber and a purchase of this magnitude to have such a stingy and stringent policy, but ok, the rules are the rules, I can maybe accept that. What will absolutely keep me from ever buying something from this brand again is the utter lack of empathy accompanying the message. Multiple people made it abundantly clear they couldn't care less about the circumstances of my situation, the recipient of the gift I purchased, or myself. I will be permanently taking my business elsewhere and loudly advising everyone I know to do the same.

Lovely store, well presented and attentive staff. Located towards the centre of Rodeo Drive, there are a couple of parking options near by, including a public space behind the store.

Finally, an attentive DY store. The ones in Vegas are so boring. We’d prefer to drive to LA to see this staff than to shop locally.

Worst customer service that I ever got I come to this store in a very rainy weather day We had a long drive coming from Encino to this specific location I wanted to surprise my husband with a gift When we walked I ask if there is a restroom I can use. One of the employees said yes ok late me ask for a key She went to the store manager, then she came back to me with the store manager and she said no i can't use the restroom! She sent me out to a public one near the parking lot while it's raining very heavy RAIN ! I was insulted and couldn't believe this customer service from the manager. You lost a client I will never be back to this store!

The staff has NO credibility or integrity whatsoever. I came in a week ago with my husband because he wanted to surprise me with a ring I had been wanting while we were visiting LA. They didn't have my size and only had a size 10. This annoyed me because I wanted to purchase the ring right then and there, but that wasn't possible. Okay, whatever it's out of anyone's control. I got my finger sized just to make sure what size I would be if I didn't get it that day. The sales associate assured me that she could order it and it would be sent to our house promptly. I was hesitant because I am the type of person who doesn't like to wait if I want something. I asked her if she was sure that it would take that long. Without hesitation, she assured me again that it would be shipped the following Monday. Monday came and went and I received no email indicating that the ring was confirmed or shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive we had nothing delivered. It has been a week since I ordered and still nothing. My husband called customer service and apparently that size is back-ordered and won't be available until FEBRUARY. I mean seriously???? I'm pretty sure the sales associate knew this and just wanted to make the sale for commission. Horrible. It might as well be a Valentine's Day gift at this point. Needless to say I'm furious and will be cancelling my order. I will be ordering it from another retail location.
