Worst customer service that I ever got I come to this store in a very rainy weather day We had a long drive coming from Encino to this specific location I wanted to surprise my husband with a gift When we walked I ask if there is a restroom I can use. One of the employees said yes ok late me ask for a key She went to the store manager, then she came back to me with the store manager and she said no i can't use the restroom! She sent me out to a public one near the parking lot while it's raining very heavy RAIN ! I was insulted and couldn't believe this customer service from the manager. You lost a client I will never be back to this store!

The staff has NO credibility or integrity whatsoever. I came in a week ago with my husband because he wanted to surprise me with a ring I had been wanting while we were visiting LA. They didn't have my size and only had a size 10. This annoyed me because I wanted to purchase the ring right then and there, but that wasn't possible. Okay, whatever it's out of anyone's control. I got my finger sized just to make sure what size I would be if I didn't get it that day. The sales associate assured me that she could order it and it would be sent to our house promptly. I was hesitant because I am the type of person who doesn't like to wait if I want something. I asked her if she was sure that it would take that long. Without hesitation, she assured me again that it would be shipped the following Monday. Monday came and went and I received no email indicating that the ring was confirmed or shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive we had nothing delivered. It has been a week since I ordered and still nothing. My husband called customer service and apparently that size is back-ordered and won't be available until FEBRUARY. I mean seriously???? I'm pretty sure the sales associate knew this and just wanted to make the sale for commission. Horrible. It might as well be a Valentine's Day gift at this point. Needless to say I'm furious and will be cancelling my order. I will be ordering it from another retail location.

Great jewelry designs for the modern man and woman. The prices are not crazy (by local standards), and the quality is top notch. Of course, like everyone they are having supply and inventory issues, but that's par for the course these days. Friendly and knowledgeable service, along with a ton of choices. Definitely worth a stop!

Went in the store to get my wrist stack fixed. Had one of the bands where the spring broke. I didn't have my receipt but they looked me up online with my phone number, saw I was a return customer and literally just gave me a new one in two seconds. That's how great customer service should be. Every one should take a page out of your book for customer service!!

So this was our 2nd visit to the David Yurman store for a wedding band for me. Our first visit was amazing as Christopher attended to us and gave A plus service. I appreciate being treated well when making a purchase and/or browsing. When my wife and I visited we were looking for a wedding band. I had my eyes set on a certain one and my wife wanted to make sure I have one I wanted which represented us. Her band and ring is amazing so we wanted something to compliment our "going out" look. When we visited this time to make the purchase we were greeted by Evan who also gave us amazing service. Upon making the purchase, we had complimentary champagne to cheers to our love. We plan to exchange these rings for our 6 month anniversary.

The customer service here is terrible. I was told to have a seat to be assisted next only to see customers that came in after me be assisted first. They should install a numbers system or have better communication amongst the employees regarding the order of customers that need to be assisted.

Love, love the David Yurman cable collection. Good thing, we dropped by this place yesterday and with the help of Masih I was able to get the cable bracelet with pearl. I truly appreciated Masih's help when it comes to the selection of the bracelet since I was in doubt of my previous purchase (in Americana, Glendale) in terms of sizing. I was thinking did I make the right decision on getting the medium instead of the small. Everyone is friendly and professional in the store from the one who opens the door (Glen) to the sales associates. Masih is friendly, courteous, and professional. Great customer service. We will definitely come back!
