Love! Love! Love! This Dior boutique, next to the Paris or London locations this is my favorite. The staff is exceptional!! Today I was fortunate enough to have Emily assisting meOMG!!! She is absolutely a delight! I tried on several items (shoes, handbags, shawls....). Not once did the feel rushed or pressured with my indecisiveness.

This review is about our experience at the this Dior location and not about the product we purchased. This morning my boyfriend and I went to this store to look for a mid-sized wallet and the small lady Dior bag. When we first walked in, I only asked to see a wallet because that was our priority purchase. The SA that was assigned to us was minimally helpful and barely masking her impatience when I wasn't immediately blown away by their designs. My boyfriend is not the critical type, but even he laughed when I asked to see the lady Dior bags and her demeanor completely changed. Short story, we did purchase a small lady Dior made of beautiful blush cannage lambskin because the bag sold itself. But our SA was a bit tacky and did not represent Dior well. I definitely won't be purchasing any wallets at this store unless I wanted to feel like I was bothering the SA.

this store is a joke lol. I walked in and wanted to look at a specific small bag that was in a glass case. TWO employees were right in front of me and they couldn't even be BOTHERED to ask if i wanted to see something. They clearly saw me talking about the bag but they kept talking to each other and stayed on their phone. save your money and drive to south coast plaza. the sales associates there are top notch. literally never spending anymore money at this dior

I have a book tote that I bought for less than a year, I have used it only 2-3 times and recently noticed some color changes on the egdes, front and back also on the side. I went to this store and their manager says "we have no solution to this, you have used it so that we will do nothing." ok then I asked, "are you telling me this big luxury brand who asks $3k for a canvas bag has ZERO customer service, ZERO warranty and everything is sold as is?" She confirmed confidently " sorry but yes". Sorry Dior but yes you are definitely No.1 trash brand from now on, everybody it will make you happier to throw the money into the ocean than buying anything from here!

I always drive out here to rodeo dr. instead of buying my Dior online. why? customer service here ( compared to LV ) is 5 stars. I'm never pushy to buy more than what I came for... my Sale assistant showed me a very nice Dior jacket and because she was not pushy I bought it even though I was not too impressed with it at first. I also picked up S1U sunglasses on my way out. it's fabulous and I had been coming up this locations for some time and never had bad thing to say about it

Great SAs and customer service! Phyllis was really patient when I wanted to see different combos of the badges on the lady Dior. Phyllis even brought another new bag from the back and compared the two (display) for me. When I arrived there was no line and was greeted immediately, 100% recommend this Dior boutique!

My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. Would you be disgusted with their customer service? Would you want to support a brand that doesn't treat customer with care? Would you ever want to spend another $$$$$ on brands that LIED to you? I have honestly never been LIED to by a Luxury brand. Not at Cartier, not at Chanel and never at Hermes. For a brand that pride themselves with luxury price tags shouldn't LIE to their clients EVER.

00000 zero star!! The Phyllis (salesperson) and Naile (manager) were rude and unprofessional. I bought my Mom a pair of sandals for her birthday and tried to exchange for half size bigger and they were not able to exchange it!! It was never worn and was in the 30 exchange policy period. They were saying the sandal bottom has small dots and not in sellable condition. Are they serious?? I feel like they made the dots themselves or it was there before even I purchased it. Super disappointed for their service and attitude. The lady Phyllis was acting like she does not care and saying her manager did not allow her to exchange it. Not helpful at all. Never gonna shop there again. Once you purchase you cant return/exchange it even after an hour later. Crazy!!! Hopefully, the sales rude lady enjoys the meal with the commission pay!!

First time writing a review worst customer service. Before you buy make sure it's final they'll make sure it's final. They will stamp it in a paper even tho the paper says 30 day return. I don't know if they desperate for sales. The worst experience ever even tho I spent 3.500 felt like a scam no don't respect customers they just want you to buy and leave

Excellent service. Polite and friendly attitude. I went to the temporary pop up store on rodeo drive. The staff is very kind. They go out of the way to help you. They show appreciation for the customer. Thankfully, the don't have the snobbish attitude that many sales persons from high end designers seem to have.

I will never shop here or buy this brand again! I received a very nice handbag as a gift that was purchased online directly from Dior. I waited in line for AN HOUR just to get in the store to do the return, I planned on exchanging it actually. We finally were let in only to have a sales associate unapologetically say they can't accept online returns in the store- she also condescendingly inspected the bag insinuating it was used (which barely had left the box). I've never had such a terrible retail experience from any brand let alone one where it was a luxury item worth thousands of dollars!

Terrible quality of products. $800 bracelet that turns copper in less than a week. Customer service online was contacted for repair and they were completely unhelpful.

This store in a big thief in Town they don't Respect our client I was being there they charge me twice for the same merchandise and they ignore to check and give me the credit for their mistake and this store all sale is final it means there merchandised doesn't have a good quality and they believe if they rip off the customer they don't want their merchandise come back , if you shopping at this store check your account for sure

I have an SA here at the boutique and they're nothing but friendly. During this time of the year the lines do get longer than usual. It helps when you have an appointment with them, just check in the front and skip the line. I was very well taken care of and any questions that I had was answered.
