The most UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM at this location.They delivered to wrong address twice. The markers are very visible outside the buildings.The staff and management I spoke with regards to issues are very unprofessional. They are very dismissive and argumentative when asking questions. "Like I said" comment from the female who was confused if she is the supervisor/manager today. I will be awaiting an call back from her manager?Sadly, due to staff mistreatment approaches to customers, we will not recommend this location to family and friends. It's a huge disappointment when years ago, the service was satisfactory to excellent.

This food was so bland no flavor at all, so inconsiderate of taste. They did not care to call and ask if I wanted my soda replaced by a different option, no utensils for my pasta no napkins, food was cold. Pizza and pasta didn’t have any flavor or taste. The only thing that had taste was the ranch. How could you forget the soda? I mean he said they were out of soda and did the math wrong. The soda was 4 dollars yet I got only 2 dollars back. Worst experience ever. I have ordered here before they always forget things and they never communicate if there’s something they don’t have they should provide replacements. I forgot to mention they burnt my pasta too; not to mention the 8 shreds of Philly steak. They always say you get a free pizza and this is not even free I have to spend more then 16 dollars to get my “free” pizza delivered. Absolutely disappointed with this place and costumer service. 2 stars because I have to eat and they made the food.

They are always late. Their app showing 15 min delivery time but after hours , still you are not getting your order. Especially their manager is so rude, not listening.

I own a restaurant myself for 30 years, and I am very understanding and tolerant for mistakes. What I care about is the culture and consciousness of a business. I always dread ordering from this location on Olympic Blvd, Beverly Hills, because the staff is never helpful and really don’t care about you. But when you order online it directs me to the closest location to my restaurant. Against my better judgment, I tried again this Sunday for my own staff. I called around 7:00 for 8:30 delivery. At 8:30, I called to check the status. The staff answered, “The food is on the way”. I offered to pick it up myself since we are only 5 minutes away, they insisted that “the food is on the way”. We kept calling, and then the hang-ups started. When I finally got through at 9:30, 2.5 hours from when the order was placed, I requested to speak with the manager. After half an hour on the phone, the manager said nonchalantly, we are busy, but I can make your order now if you want it. Here I wanted to treat my staff from a long, busy night, so that they didn't have to cook the employee meal. They were tired and starving, and I felt responsible. If only this store would have owned the truth about having never made our order, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Some of the staff couldn't wait and had already started leaving. At this point it was too late to make the order so I told them to cancel the order. They had the nerve to ask if I would like refund?! For a $300.00+ order, seriously??? I have had poor experiences with this location, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and that it's just a fluke, but no! This is the culture of this location. And what a shame! Such a good concept, but with the poorest execution!

Sometimes that deep dish crust is the only thing that satisfies. Easy pickup, staff was friendly. It’s the Domino’s brand quality you expect.

Son's birthday party. Look, things happen. But our pizza was 40 minutes late for a 1 hour party (there was a 1 hour activity before party time). No one called us to say anything, the link never updated to tell us the status, when I called, I was told "soon". When I complained, I was offered 20% off a future order. haha riiiight.... Don't order from here if you have an event with a timeline.

I ordered tonight a pizza and a chicken sandwich. The pizza was very good the chicken sandwich was fair. Delivery was fast and food was hot. The delivery guy was very professional and courteous.

They always got my order wrong 7 times in a row and never apologize about it and they have the worst attitude. And they hang up on you on the phone whenever they feel like it and blame it on your bad service when really it's just them hanging up on you more than five times.
