This place is a gem. The doctor and team are extremely friendly and responsive. They offer a delivery service if you don’t have time to go in person. They worked with my insurance to minimize costs, and have hard to get medication in stock much more regularly than other pharmacies in the area.

Best customer service and great staff! Always had the correct dosage of Wegovy I needed. Now I need to see if Encore Pharmacy will resubmit one Wegovy 2.4 that I paid $900 for on March 25,2024 and refund to my credit card. My insurance denied it but I sent letter and then the insurance company approved it again, effective April 14, 2024 and backdated the coverage for 30 days to cover the one I paid far.

This pharmacy is EXTRAORDINARY!!!
I have had so much trouble with other pharmacies over the years that I would drive over an hour to come to this pharmacy but I don’t need to because they send medications over night!
They go above and beyond the call of duty.
They always help me when there is any misunderstanding with insurance and/or prescriptions.
The manager, Trina, is absolutely like a personal concierge. She is extraordinary and has helped me and many people I know.

!! PLEASE READ !! I work in the healthcare industry and understand, unlike other people, that Medication shortage is HUGE in the country right now. The staff at encore have helped me get my medication at all times. They are always so helpful and they go the extra mile for me. Even if my medication is out of stock! Which HAPPENS. I am so grateful to Trina, Ebony, Ben and Linda for always listening, and explaining thoroughly every question I have. I will always pay extra if I have to just to get my medication filled here. I've never had this type of excellent service EVER. Thank you Encore!! I'm a happy customer :)

AVOID. This pharmacy doesn’t give a hoot about you. They have a drug that I need and have a prescription for. I’m paying out of pocket. Due to a shortage they will only fill it for me if I pay an additional $300. Just. Wow.

Both my husband and I have been ordering our medications from encore pharmacy, and it was absolutely great working with them! The shipping is always incredibly fast, and medications are always in stock! Whenever we needed help with anything, we called, and the staff was always happy to help. With our latest question, we spoke to Ben, and he was great! Helpful and nice! Highly recommended

Lovely family owned business employing an exceptional staff. Very professional, yet friendly and approachable. Great communication! A staff member always contacts me when my rx is ready for pickup. Pharmacy offers exquisite high end products, Papyrus greeting cards, which just so happens to be my favorite, and a splendid assortment of snacks, chewing gum and other tchotchkes.
