We stopped in to get 12 copies printed of a presentation, and Glenn the office manager was running the whole store alone but still helped us in every best way! He was friendly, professional, helpful and enjoyable. Glenn definitely saved the day for us! Thank you Glenn!

Did not respect “this side up”. Service was disrespectful and lazy. Three staff members and not one even said hello when I walked up.

The stuff was really rude to me
Not willing even to help.
Acts like he's doing me a favor by answering questions.
Disgusting service and not worthy of the location.
I would fire this team.
I walk out without to get service.

Completely ridiculous waste of time trying to print something from a simple USB stick... avoid.... staff working there were indifferent slackers.

Impressed. I normally go to a much larger newer location in the valley and they’re not nearly as helpful. Upon walking into this one on Olympic, a gentleman named Michael greeted me upon arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. I needed floor plans printed and he knew exactly the size of typical floor plans and just had me email them and he took care of the rest. He was also helping other rather impatient clients and answering phones. And he did it all with a great attitude.

I’ve been a customer of this FedEx location for a long time. No more after today. I went to return a package and the manager comes out and says his drivers won’t take the item because the box is thinner than the ones that they use and I will have to buy a new box. I had a label and everything. Makes no sense to me. Went to another FedEx and returned it with no issues

Walked up to the wrong printer and worker tried to correct me and when I said "What?" back because I thought he was talking to the women he was helping, he snapped back at me and goes "Whattttt" in a degrading tone. When I said thank you on my way out he said "okay" and walked to the back room. Will not be returning to this location. So many other Fedex stores in the area that have better customer service

I went in for a passport photo. Small shop, very personable and the staff was polite, accommodating and very efficient. What more can anyone say?

This is the first time I have tried this Fed Ex place. Parking is difficult and they will not box up your package right away. I had to wait until the line was down. I pay a lot to Fed ex and to have attitude from them to ask for my items to be boxed up when I am at the counter is not professional. Try using another fed ex shipping office.

I went in around 12:30PM on a thursday. Two workers in there, no customers. Had to return an item with a pre-paid label. It took me less than 5 minutes in there. Not sure why all the negative reviews but there's literally nothing wrong with this place from my experience. Had to come write 5 stars because people seem so hard pressed about their experiences at a packaging/shipping store.

Beyond rude and terrible customer service. Needed help with printing copies via email, he was mumbling some email address to send them to, couldn't hear him the first time then Gives me a nasty attitude and told me to go read the sign on the copier to get instructions. There's three of them just sitting there doing nothing. Could have just told me to email the documents to an email address and I would receive a retrieval code to enter into the machine to print. Someone else walked in while I was there wanting to drop off packages and they said they had to go to another location because they didn't have enough space for his boxes. Gave him an attitude about that too. Great shopping center and parking lot attendants, but shitty FedEx employees.

I have an hour commute to get home from work so I usually can't pick up any packages here since it closes at 7pm. Today I left work early and called the store to ask if they could still help me if I showed up at 7pm because I was stuck in traffic. They said yes since they close "at like 7." I got there exactly at 7pm and before I got out of my car the employee was already leaving and walking around the corner. Why would you say you could wait for me and then leave me out to dry? At least tell me over the phone so I don't have to make the 15 min drive out here and waste my time and energy. Worst customer service ever.

update your published hours? they now have temporary hours taped to the door. they don’t open until 10 and even though someone was there at 9:24 wouldnt take a DROP OFF.
