Overall, an okay FedEx. The lighting is poor and can be better. But you can do what needs to be done at the self-service pretty easily.
Usually most of their employees are quite helpful. Their employee, Aaron, needs to be told to talk to customers with politeness and not be so rude and inept in his social skills. You are not supposed to tell customers to leave so aggresively. Learn to talk to people. So off-puting and weird.

This was a great experience today thank you to this one employee who helped me today named Mel. She helped me with my design and be able to print out my business cards. Mel goes above and beyond. She takes the time and effort to answer all my questions. I am very grateful for all the help. I will be coming back just to create a poster.

Absolutely terrible and rude service. I’ve been coming to this fedex for years and they used to have great employees. Now no one wants to work and send you to self service. I said that I’m willing to pay for them to do it the employee Amy started screaming at me. If I go to FedEx I obviously don’t need a self service, I need help with my printing!

I am writing to highlight the exceptional service provided by Cherisse at this FedEx Kinkos on the 9000 block of Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills. Recently, Cherisse demonstrated exemplary problem-solving skills and leadership potential under pressure. When my USB drive was initially deemed “unreadable” by other staff members, Cherisse took the initiative to successfully access and print the files needed for a crucial job fair the following day. She not only resolved the technical issue but also managed to efficiently multitask, handling another customer's print job simultaneously.
With over 30 years of experience in public and customer service, I recognize Cherisse as not only an outstanding employee but also as someone possessing strong leadership qualities. I highly recommend considering Cherisse for a managerial position within your store, as her skills and dedication significantly enhance customer experience and team functionality. Sandra says she is the manager's assistant.I asked where the manager is and no boo...I don't understand how Fedex pays thesepeople who walk around without working likethe manager who There is not.in any case Sandra is rude,arrogant and inappropriateto work in this Fedexis arrogant towards everyone,I hope Fedex sends her home.

I dropped off my package today at 2:30 and they wouldn’t box it because they say they’re super busy I see people standing around the shipping doesn’t need to leave till 6 PM. They have enough time to pack and ship it but they won’t do it.

As soon as I walked in the door, Len yelled “Ma’am!” from across the room, then he scurried over to me, and told me that I had to leave right that moment because they were closed. I asked what time it was. Len said, “8!” I asked what time they closed. Len said, “8!” I said that I needed to make 5 prints from their computer. Len said, “If you can make them in 1 minute.” I said that I could. Len said, we’re closed, and I want to leave on time!” I asked if there were any other branches open past eigh…. Len said, “No!” I asked what his name was. Len said, “My name is Len!” I said, “Thank you, Len,” and walked out the door. The hours are regularly changing; it’s difficult to keep track of when they’re open/closed.

Love going there. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Whenever I have printing to do , I go to the Beverly Hills store. Amel usually is the one to help me and she's just terrific. She has made wonderful recommendations that I followed through on. I feel good when walking in there. All the employees seem happy to be working there and take their jobs very seriously .
