I bought a Hermes teapot for over $800. A piece of the porcelain fell out. Clearly something was wrong in the construction of this tea pot. Gearys does not replace the item.

Never shopped at Gearys before, what a fabulous experience!! I called to see if they had a product in stock, and Salvatore took care of everything. Within minutes I had purchased it, they gift wrapped it, and I picked it up 2 days later. He is shipping the 2nd portion (gift wrapped) directly to my friend once it’s back in stock. They even do curbside pick-up! I will definitely keep Gearys in mind for future gifts, they even stock Simon Pearce from VT!

Recently bought a Montblanc Rollerball and journal set on their website. A few days later their customer service rep Jennifer Hill-Boyle called me to let me know that they didn’t have the blue notebook, but did have the black…to which I said that was fine, and it was shipped out. Upon receiving the set…I noticed that it was not the right pen at all, completely different pen. I rechecked my email receipt in the event I made a mistake…but the receipt was in alignment with the pen I thought I got. I called Jennifer and explained the situation and asked, since this was now the second mistake Gearys had made, how they were going to make it right. She informed me there was nothing she could do. I asked, in the spirt of “uncompromising service” (as they state on their marketing materials) to amend for their mistake just go down the street to Montblanc, pick up the correct pen and ship it out. She said thats not what they do. Additionally she sounded confused as in the the same conversations once said “We never had that pen in stock” and then later towards the end said “We could not get that back in stock”. Sad to see what once was a great luxury boutique refuse to make their mistakes right...and make the customer shoulder the inconvenience of their mistakes. No more shopping at Gearys for me, will take my luxury purchases direct to Montblanc or other luxury boutique’s that are committed to customer experience.

I purchased my Rolex many years ago at this store. Unfortunately Rolex no longer have a service center in Beverly Hills so I was advised to take the watch to Geary’s (on Rodeo) who have an on site repair person . In the past at Rolex I could have the watch back in a matter of hours at most and they always went above and beyond. At Geary’s I was told it was a minimum of 7 days even if it was just a battery. As I was due to go away I followed up on Day 4 and was told the person I spoke with, that my watch could take up to 16 weeks if it had to be sent out and then given the runaround about the person who I had asked to speak to, being in a meeting. If my watch was going to take up to 16 weeks, I would never have left it as the watch is very precious to me and probably travelled to a city with a Rolex service location. Given the status of Geary’s I expected more. No one had even called to give me an update or estimate. I thankfully called back again and this time an extremely helpful person named DUSTIN saved the day. Dustin was thoughtful, understanding and effective which was very much appreciated. Thanks to Dustin, I changed my review.

Came to purchase a travel watch case for, incidentally, a pricey watch bought days earlier.."Brittany" asked if I needed help...then the eye rolling and faces begun when I didn't want to provide extra personal info, but wanted just to pay and be out of there. After paying, she sent me to deal with the stocking people, who, as she said, needed to get it from downstair in 10 min or so. I asked her to deal with her stock people and get it to me, I figured service wise the least she could do as a salesperson. She refused, and ran somewhere else. I spoke to the manager and told the story. Needless to say, will not be buy another watch from them as you are treated one way when you buy a watch, but completely differently when you just buy the box for it!

My story and aspirations were met with genuine interest and empathy, swiftly transitioning me to speak with Kelli, a name now synonymous with unparalleled support in my quest for my Sky Dweller.
Kelli was a revelation. Her expertise on Rolex watches and the nuances of beginning a relationship with the brand was nothing short of extraordinary. Yet, it was her demeanor—funny, congenial, and incredibly welcoming—that truly set her apart. Conversing with Kelli was akin to catching up with a dear family member; she was both professional and easy to talk too.
Although the Blue Face Sky Dweller Rolex will take a bit to come in to the store for my purchase,, my confidence in achieving this dream has never been stronger. With Kelli and Geary's championing my cause, I stand on the cusp of not just acquiring a watch, but of inaugurating my very own collection, nurtured by my newfound family at Geary's.

Purchased a beautiful Oyster Perpetual from Zach. Great guy, awesome experience, and great shop. Will be a returning customer for sure. I've been to several Rolex authorized dealers in the LA area, and Gearys in BH is by far the best I've been too.

Update! 27 Feb 2023 Just in time for March Zach at BH Gearys made my Rolex dreams come true! A watch exactly to my specifications came in about three weeks after my initial visit (3 Feb) - Zach sent me a message and he was able to get me in to get my fitting the very same day! Cannot thank Zach & the team enough - so excited for this piece and for a continuing relationship with the crew! 10/10 - no notes.
