After purchasing two items, I asked to use the restroom. Security said there is one, but I’d need to ask a sales associate. The first associate said it was “clogged” (while stuttering like it was a made-up excuse), and the second one told me they don’t even have a restroom. So which is it? Feels like I was being lied to and selectively denied access for no good reason. Extremely unprofessional and shady behavior from a luxury brand. Double standard at its worst. Zero stars. My identity was stolen yesterday at 3:31:16 pm. My name was used for a sunglass purchase. The person tapped their us debit app with my information. The receipt landed in my emails. When you call the number they ask you to provide your phone number but they cannot look into it. Then they give me their corporate number and the receptionist answers and has no further information. What is going on here ? Why is there no one answering the phone and can look into the matter right away ? Do not get me started with their chat option. Exceptionally bad customer service. I will either need to contact local police to arrive at the store or walk inside the store to find the cashiers name Nathan. It also means that they do not check any information in that store like an ID or anything. The fraudulent person got to use my name and email and made a fake profile under my name. Very suspicious store for not checking.

THEY ARE SELLING WORN SHOES 🤢!!! I bought a pair of tennis shoes at the flagship Beverly Hills store and when I went to exchange them, the manager RAPHAEL would not exchange them because he said they were worn! I NEVER TOOK THEM OUT OF THE BOX!!! Horrible customer service 😕

Disappointment with the service I received at your Rodeo Drive location. The staff exhibited a concerning lack of professionalism and courtesy. While waiting to be attended to, I was subjected to disparaging remarks about the items I had with me, with comments describing them as "knockoff" or unattractive. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, particularly when one has taken the effort to wear their own products.
The negative attitude displayed by the staff was both unwarranted and disheartening. It is particularly troubling that this level of unkindness was experienced in a location that should epitomize high standards of customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment and will reconsider my patronage of your brand in the future.

The state of Gucci has vastly declined. We ordered some wall paper from Gucci and the order was partially filled by the Beverly Hills store. We were a bit perplexed at first after opening the package. The package came in a plastic bag like it was some kind of counterfeit product bought off of Amazon. It didn't come with the iconic packaging we’ve all come to know and expect.
Furthermore, I thought it was a bit weird that it wasn't shrink wrapped and I was fine with it at first but now, after piecing the clues together, my wife and I are totally disappointed with the wall paper shipped from the Beverly Hills store.
The Beverly Hills store shipped us a USED roll of wallpaper. As it does not come in the iconic packaging, the shrink wrap is opened, AND the bottom portion has been CUT off so I don't know what the actual length is as it's now less than the 11.5' as stated, the edges are crumpled, wrinkled and frayed and the roll isn’t tightly wound like the legit brand new ones shipped from Costa Mesa so you know someone fully unrolled it and tried their best to roll it back up again.

Horrible experience. The sales associate that came up to us was so incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me and gave us so much attitude. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
