This company messed up every aspect of my move from mail transfer to cable to security system. Absolutely everything they did was wrong and needed to be done again.

This is a sales platform being marketed as a concierge service. The Kandela representative, Jessie Vargas, could not have been more helpful when selling and signing me up for the various services, but when I reached out to her again to cancel one of said services; she was difficult to reach, didn't call for the scheduled telephone appointment we set up, didn't respond to emails, and when I finally did get a call from her to cancel the said service she said she would be on the line with me, providing all necessary information to go through the cancellation process with the service provider. However, once she connected with the service provider's customer service line she transferred me and left me on their hold message for 50 minutes before the service provider's agent picked up the call. She never returned to the line to provide any relevant information to the service provider as she had stated she would. It may be true that it saves time on the front end for consumers by streamlining the sign up process, but any time saved will be wasted on the back end if any issues arise. Again, this is NOT the concierge service it is advertised as and that not only seems deceitful, it gives me the impression that the Kandela representatives are on some incentive/commission-based system with the service providers that does not reward spending the necessary time or effort to actually provide customer service to consumers.

Hired and rigorously trained for 2 weeks.The forceful sale pressure is very high, so most staff do not last. The trainers are also biased and pick the ones they like to stay even when they are terrible sales persons.

This company is a complete and utter joke/scam. They supposedly helped me set up my cable and internet with Comcast but the rates and packages I agreed to with them were FAR different than what Comcast even offers or allows. Once I made them aware of what was going on, I was given the ultimate run around and phone calls and emails were left unreturned. So unbelievably unprofessional and A SCAM. Do not waste your time!!

I had Kandela assist me with two services. Setting up a new internet through Spectrum and mail forwarding. They did get me setup with Spectrum but they did the opposite of what I asked and had the modem sent to my new address instead of letting me pick it up at one of the Spectrum locations (because I am not living at my new address yet). So after talking to Kandela for 20mins I had to call Spectrum for 30mins to undo what they did. Also I'm pretty sure Kandela sold my phone number to telemarketers because since talk to them I have been getting multiple calls a day from them. When I let Kandela know that my Spectrum order was messed up they did not reply. I am still waiting to see if mail forwarding actually was a success..z

If I could leave a -10 I would! Do not ever work with this company! Ever! Worst customer service on the face on the planet! I was lied to three times in a row! Don't waste your time or your breath with with this piece of crap company!

Horrible experience. Had to call back 5 separate times to get things figured out. They promised me 45.99 for internet through spectrum, with no install fee, and a date and time the equipment was going to be set up; when I called spectrum to confirm, no record of my account. I was hung up on, one of the agents was so unprofessional and rude. When they finally set up my account, the price was 155.99, with 50.00 instal fee and no date or time for installation. I wasted 2 hours of my day trying to figure everything out. Ended up canceling everything. Do not use this company. Only adding stress to an already stressful move.
