Quick and easy but the two ladies at the front desk are unprofessional and should not be working with people. Whispering and talking about clients as they walk in or are in front of them is completely inappropriate . If you need medical care go somewhere else.

This LabCorp location is truly outstanding!! As a nurse, I genuinely trust the staff here — they’re fast, professional, and incredibly efficient. Walk-in patients are seen promptly, and the team takes the time to clearly explain everything. Everyone is friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. I've visited several LabCorp locations around LA, and this is the only one I fully trust. The others tend to be disorganized, overcrowded, and staffed with individuals who are often unhelpful or uninformed. I always try to come here whenever possible.

This labcorp location is great for a person freaked out by needles and blood work, like I am. Super fast to get in (book an appt - pro tip). Clean. Sharon is the world’s BEST Phlebotomist on the planet. I shared that I was nervous and she made this the best blood draw experience of my life. Literally she is the best! Thank you, Sharon!

Had an appointment and they seen me much sooner than the expected time. My only complaint being the parking. I was in and out in 10 minutes and paid like 20 bucks. I suspect they mixed up the valet

Made an appointment online for routine blood work. Facility was clean and tidy. Checked in and was seen within 10min. Mary drew my blood and she was GREAT! I let her know I get anxious when drawing blood and she was talking to me through it all. I had no pain or bruising after - as, she was very gentle and I felt calm the whole time. 12/10 Mary is great and I felt comfortable, + no ouchies after.
Note for parking: it is valet and $7; would recommend going early and finding street parking!

I called ahead and was told I could walk in to drop off a urine sample with no wait. Instead, I walked in and was told they are on lunch and I have to wait 50 minutes unless I had an appointment. They then asked me to leave the waiting room and sit outside despite the gigantic waiting room being empty. If there is a legal reason for this, it was not disclosed. I asked “you want me to sit on the floor in the hallway for 50 minutes?” because I was certain I had misunderstood. I had not, and they asked me to leave. Terrible patient care. Cold and unhelpful.

I love the efficiency here. Despite there never being any available appointments within a 2-3 week timeframe, I am always in and out within 15 mins of putting my name on the walk-in list—and I come at least every 2-3 months so I know it’s not a rare occurrence. The staff is friendly to me too!

I had the most seamless experience here. Came in at 8:30am with no appointment and was out by 8:45. I usually dread needles and blood draws but Yvonne made it a positive experience

Went to drop off a specimen this morning. Had the terrible luck of having Michelle at the receptionist desk who knew I was only dropping off a specimen and all the while insisted that I HAD to wait when the phlebotomist had told me I could just leave it on a specimen cart and check in. There was a waiting area of at least 6 other people. Michelle, clearly incompetent is just committed to looking for the ways to make things more difficult and inefficient for all involved, including patients. I’m a healthcare attorney and as awful as things have gotten, you can thank people like Michelle for making things as unpleasant as can be expected.

I was shocked at how clean this place was. Everything from the front desk, waiting area, the restroom, blood work room etc was very very clean. I make a big deal because of the reviews I read about other locations in particular the one near Westlake MacArthur Park, oops I meant Central America. The ladies were very friendly and professional. My appointment was at 3:15 but I arrived early at 2:55 and I was seen early. The lady that did my blood work (forgot her name) but she was very kind and professional. She kept asking how I was doing when she was drawing my bl**d. I do not like needles nor do I like looking at bl**d. So, I wouldn’t wait for it to end. All in all, I had a very good experience.

Totally experience was quick and smooth! From check in to getting my blood drawn, all was under 10 minutes. Ivonne drew my blood and it was the most positive experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn. Nice and efficient! Will definitely recommend for anyone needing this service.

Ivonne was absolutely fantastic. I hope she’s the one drawing my blood every time I go in for lab work. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and made the process so easy. As someone who dislikes needles, I truly appreciated how quick and painless it was—three vials in just 10 seconds, and I was done!
