It's pretty shitty live nation buys out a promoter with money and position to book artists in venues he sees fit, and eliminates his competition.Of course his own venue is booked extensively and other venues struggle. Shame on this monopoly

Walked into this building thinking it was a cafe and they basically kicked me out because I didn't know that it wasn't. When I asked if it was a cafe, the guy at the front furiously pointed me out and ushered me to leave I'm assuming because I was just a commoner. The bartender was nice though and showed me the menu.

This company is a scam. Charging upwards of 30% of your ticket price in fees. The handling costs cannot be that high. Just let me buy a ticket at the doors. This company is single-handedly ruining concerts and live events.

This was handled
So alarmingly bad by live nation Ticketmaster an d stub hub. We had a hotel here a drive from sam Diego, dinner and a special gift that was completely destroyed by waiting until 1 hr before the show to notify potential fans. Shame this was handled so poorly!!! Orville peck and nikki lane we were so excited to see and the way live nation, hollywood palladium, Ticketmaster and stub hub handled the entire process for Vip seats and processing and notification was embarrassing and bordered in incompetence . I am sad that we as customers spend millions and millions and the these companies use technology so poorly once they have received money in their hands it becomes a fight to find out about our millions of dollars , as customers we have to fight to get back all at the will of these companies! These artists, management companies, ticket resellers forget that if we, the consumer turn off the spicket of purchasing tomorrow they will all run dry so maybe they should reconsider how they treat us, the consumer .

Odd Open Mic night at Punchline as an open mic comic was escorted off stage and out the door for what was perceived racism. Next night at the Grape Room same comic, same bit received applause and laughter.
Go figure 🤔🤷🏻🤷🏻♂️

Hello everyone. One month ago, I purchased Meet and Greet tickets to see NE-YO at North Island Chula Vista Amphitheater. My seat was Orches B seat 8... During the event, I noticed an African American female attempting to breech security, The security was an older Caucasian Male. I ran to get him help by asking other live nation personnel to call for security. When, I returned and was sitting down instead, I was asked for my ticket which, I showed instead the guy who identified himself as head of security he said this is not your seat. I was seated at this point in seat 4 orchestra A as someone else was in my seat during this commotion. Without regard to my explanation of solely calling for help to assist their own security. This rogue security and his white female accomplice decides to violently grab me kick me out and call police on me. All because of the fact, I called for help to help their team member. I believe, I was targeted for being a African American female. They assumed, I was the girl violating their security and didn't thoroughly investigate. I obtained a police report and you know you didn't do anything wrong if the police are on your side. Their head of security abused his power. Being that, I'm a RN at a local office, I had to maintain my integrity. However my arms are bruised and, I was cheated out of my money. They also promoted a BOGO offer for some my mother purchased under the impression she would get a free ticket. They did this to get sales but never honored the deal. Do not purchase tickets from live nation which took over Ticketmaster's. Yesterday they had teens working that had no work permit. This company is very bad even security we're outside smoking marijuana. Attention North Island Credit Union Live nation head of security ruined my night by abuse of power,racial profiling. The older white male kept saying "I don't want to lose my job" Never attend a Live Nation Event they're callous and definitely abuse their powers in their security field.

This company sucks! Ordered tickets and paid for expedited delivery. They can't give me tracking information and tell me "just go to the gate they will figure it out." Umm, no that's not how it works. Hope they like dealing with my credit card company for fraudulent charges and services undelivered.
