No restrooms, no water, no nothing. And the young man who helped me was not all that friendly. Perhaps some more training would help bring better customer service especially when one is making a large deposit into a new account.

The customer service at this bank USED to be great, I used to come in they would offer my service dog water, so friendly and nice, took time. Chester was assistant manager, a lovely man, the manager an elegant woman who lit the place up with her smile, and the new lady Nanush, who since has gone to Encino, even bought treats for my dog.. but now... they are cold, indifferent, the youngest woman their snubs me. Last time a customer I met in the parking lot said how awful they are. They let the lovely people go and trained these cold indifferent people. Maybe they get less money and are unhappy, but now I am now treated with contempt and there is no water for the dog.. Their interest rates are a little better than elsewhere, but as soon as competitive rates start up again I will find other banks, I dread going there, had to go today, awful..

They have moved to Beverly Blvd, just south of Wilshire. The previous location is closed because of the new subway station.

Good customer service and parking. I deal with Chester here and he is great. Very personal bank. Chester is always very helpful. He is efficient and gets me in and out quickly. This is like an old fashioned bank with few customers and no waiting in lines. He always finds me the best interest rates on whatever savings product I am investing in. Their interest rates are better than other banks in this low interest rate environment.
