This Place is an absolute scam got to love the staff that made the 5 star reviews. I made a reservation for a limo to take me from my hotel to a basketball game a total ride time of 45 Minutes and they ended up charging me 12 hours of service. I spoke to the owner and he laughed at me on the phone and said there was nothing that could be done.

If it was possible, I would have posted a 0 star. First, before considering renting from them, you need to know this : it is a SCAM. Please do NOT rent from them and go to bigger companies. They are slightly cheaper for a reason: you won’t get the car. The customer service is absolutely terrible. We rented a car, provided all our info and Credit card number , confirmed several times by email and Surprise ! The day before we were supposed to pick up the car, we call (yes, we are extremely careful and wanted to make absolutely sure that we would get the care that we have booked a month ago) and we got bluntly told that the car was still being kept by the last customer who has decided to extend the rental. This place had no intention or whatsoever to inform us that the car was not available and we only learned it after we called them a day ahead. No apology or anything. It is common. Do NOT expect to have any kind of customer service. This is not even Enterprise level(sorry this is a good company but because of the price, it is not common That the prebooked car isn’t available). You pay almost a thousand dollar a day for a car and you expect a minimum of politeness from the company. Unfortunately , we realize that it was a company run by a Mafia-like middle age man named Bobby / Bob. He is absolutely threatening when we demanded for an explanation. He refused to show up after asking us to come to the store to settle the issue. Even after showing up, he dismissed us and informed us that he was already very busy dealing with lawyers so he had no time to deal with our issue. That was when we realized that this company was probably not legit. Marylou (Marie-Lou or whatever her name is spelled) is an absolute ignorant and rude receptionist who refuses to listen to customer’s issues. Her only response : I wasn’t the one picking up the form yesterday so I don’t have to deal with you. Beware that this is a tiny company with ONE person in the store so it is really hard to see how she cannot be aware of the problem. Assuming she wasn’t, she could at least listen to our problems. It was a truly disappointing experience but you learn from your mistake. I just truly hope that no one falls under them anymore.

I came back to luxury line auto rental again this past couple weeks because while I was out of town and had my car parked at my apartment building I got a call that my neighbor's friend had backed into my parked car and knocked my bumper off (something you REALLY don't want to find out about on vacation) While I was out of town I made arrangements to have a friend take my car to the shop for me so it could start repairs right away but I needed a car for when I got back. I called luxury line the day before I was set to return to make sure I would have transportation when I got back home and they were able to hook me up with a 2018 mercedes gle. The car was perfect for what I needed to get around and they were even able to arrange for me to pick the car up right at the airport when I landed so I wouldn't have to deal with ubering home from the airport and then ubering to their office. What's more, I ended up needing to keep the car an extra week than I originally anticipated and Marilu made it extremely easy to extend the rental and the rate was a lot less than I thought it would be seeing as how I had the car for two weeks (really helps the person who hit my car more than me since she'll be paying for it in the end anyway) but I was still really pleased at the final invoice. After my initial rental experience with this company a few years ago and my experience these past two weeks, I am convinced that you could not get a better rental experience from anywhere else.

Rented a car for 3 days and had the best experience with this company. Bob was a pleasure to work with I'll definitely be back and recommend my friend to come here too

Really bad experience when organizing a special trip with my wife in Beverly Hills. After agreeing to the 4 day cost for 2 days for a car (an undisclosed minimum) they end up renting the car to someone else and saying it was just a system issue. NET NET - look somewhere else, they can't be counted on.

Went through multiple back and forth emails with this group, where the price of the car doubled from the amount quoted on the website. Agreed to the increased rates (effectively 4 days cost for two days). Provided my information, copies of everything etc. Only to be told the car was actually reserved by someone else the two days prior. (They still are advertising this vehicle for the same dates currently) Be prepared to waste your time if you book with Luxury Line, they obviously are a third party service based on this experience.

Always fancied driving a Porsche 911 convertible along the Pacific freeway so decided to rent one for my LA trip this year, I went to Luxury Auto Line. What should have added to a great holiday experience turned into a total nightmare.

Absolute frauds. Took the car from my hotel even though it was paid for. Bigger client in town is what I was told. All of my belongings, as well as my wife's jewelry, were in the car. Then the credit card statement arrived. 7x the agreed upon rate. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

I have used this company for 2 years in a row each time I visit LA for Coachella and they have been Amazing!!!!! Going back soon and will definitely be using Luxury Line again. Thanks Marilu and team!!!!

I'm so grateful to Marilu and the team for incredible service and flexibility they provided us with. I was looking for a convertible for a Memorial Day weekend in LA, which wasn't an easy task at all, and not only they provided us with the requested car, but they also delivered it to the hotel in Pasadena and picked up from a different hotel in LA. They even were open for the possibility if we decided to drop off the car in SF, which was really amazing. They have that "Luxury" word in their name of the business for a reason. Will definitely use their services again! Thank you guys! Great job!!

Convenience at its finest, flew in from NYC and received my rental car which was in perfect condition within minutes of leaving the airport, return was also convenient no waiting time at all, Best choice of all car rentals here, will be a return customer

We are very happy that we did business with Luxury Line when we wanted to rent a Lexus SUV. Marilou was very gracious and accomodating as was the rest of the staff. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great Service, Lowest possible prices, no hidden fees which was unbelievable and really new cars. All in all awesome experience. They also had free pickup and drop off too.
