From the moment I walked in, AJ greeted me warmly and provided personalized attention throughout my shopping experience. His knowledge of the products and ability to recommend items that suited my style and needs were impressive. He was patient, attentive, and never pushy, making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase decisions. AJ’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. While on a family vacation to the Los Angeles area we decided to visit the famed Rodeo Drive. I was traveling with my husband and teenaged boys. I didn't go inside many of the stores that my family visited because I didn't want to receive the cold shoulder while browsing. We are an average middle class family (southern to be exact.) As we were heading back to our vehicle I decided to enter the MCM store with my crew in tow. We were wonderfully greeted and immediately offered a bottle of fancy water. Our sales associate was Min. She was personable, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She proceeded to assist us with every product that we were interested in and also suggested others. I didn't go in planning to make a purchase but I did and I was due in part to the fantastic and welcoming customer service. If you stop in and Min is working, then by all means take your business to her. Tell her that Angel from Alabama sent you in. By the way she had also texted a couple of times to make sure that I am enjoying my bag. Thanks Min ?.

I highly recommend this place. My son was eager to stop here on our LA weekend trip, and I'm glad we did. Grace assisted him, and she was truly exceptional. Professional and friendly, she made every moment enjoyable for my son. He ended up getting some slides and couldn't have been happier. Thank you, Grace, for making his experience worth every smile.

Worst experience. I just visited the store 5 mins ago and the associate who showed me the Tshirt was just selling me anything. She did’t even cared what I liked and when I refused to buy the thing because I did’t like it then she just gave me a rude response. Never expected this kind of service from MCM at Rodeo Drive.

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed my favorite store in the world. I shop here so much that everyone knows my name. The customer service here is exemplary. I am always greeted with a smile and such kind energy. Most stores in this area have a reputation for not being friendly to everybody that walks in but not this store. The cost of the merchandise is very well priced. If you’ve never bought MCM, then I’ll tell you that the quality of the clothing is by far greater than you’d expect. Don’t sleep on MCM. I’ve been rocking this for a while now and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this store to shop.

Lynda (General Manager) & Brandon (Asst. Manager) did a GREAT JOB and provided great customer service. They answered all our questions and provide a lot of great insight details on the process that MCM goes to ensure the quality of the product. Highly recommend stopping when you are in the Beverly Hills area!

Second time visiting this location and the most impressive part is dealing with Lynda and Grace. They make each visit that much better and makes me want to run back to get more items. Today we had the pleasure of attending a tasting at the Rodeo MCM location. While in attendance I purchase my large sized MCM book bag that I have been eyeballing. Special thx to the Manager for the invite.

I absolutely Love the Customer Service I received from Jervan Paul at MCM on Rodeo. I was shown piece after piece as I sat down and thumbed through the history Book of MCM. The service was everything you would expect from a high end fashion store on Rodeo Drive. I don't always get this treatment at other stores or brands, but because of the way Jervan enhanced my shopping experience I'll be back for sure.....for the new MCM Visetos Boots and the warm hospitality! I felt great during and after my purchase. Thanks again Jervan!
