I didnt have a supreme experience picking up my online purchase at this store which is supposed to be an up class store in Beverly hills. One sales person at customer service tried to patronize me while the other one was nice. Going around the store it seemed like some sales people were nice but some had an attitude. If i was the store manager, i would do a good pruning of poorly performing personnel or otherwise shoppers would feel uncomfortable even being there

I had the worst experience with them. I purchased pair of shoes (worth +1k), I then returned it a week later, now we are on the 4th week after they received the pair and I still did not get my refund!!!
I have contacted the store and the customer service multiple times and they confirmed they received the shoes and refund should be processed soon. All time promises were not filled. Now I am trying to reach the manager vis phone, only to be hang on a few moments later! Feels like you’re dealing with a scam and not a reputable department store! Neiman Marcus, If you are seeing this get back to me and process the refund ASAP before any legal action is taken! Potential buyers be aware and use the brand store for better experience! . Placed an online order on 5/5 as a Mother’s Day gift (Mother’s Day was 5/11). The website stated the item would be ready for pickup in 3–5 days, but there was no tracking, no updates, and the order couldn’t even be found online. I had to call customer service multiple times just to get basic information.
Finally, I received a pickup notification on 5/12—after Mother’s Day. When I picked it up, the bag was clearly not brand new: no box, wrinkled dust bag, and the tag wasn’t even attached. Completely unacceptable for a luxury retailer. I returned it immediately in-store.

Went to the schiaparelli section and thr girl Andy was such a doll. She had so much knowledge and respect for the couture fashion that I loved. She showed us pieces that were so beautiful. She even recommended some pieces. Loved her and the experience she gave.

I’m not a fan of this location. I never find anything I like, and they keep changing where everything is. The atmosphere just doesn’t work for me. They also close super early, which might just be a California thing. Additionally, they no longer have Chanel at the Topanga location, and none of the sales associates ever really tried to help me. I ended up getting assistance from a sales associate in a different state and now shop with her help.

Service at this location is anything but superior customer service. I was profiled for making a return on and item that I didn’t even use. The associate said they had to get a manager involved as they apparently “changed” tags. What an absolute lie. She ended up doing the return with no manager, after I told them I never worn the item.

We had an extremely poor experience at Neiman Marcus, specifically at the Bottega Veneta section. We attempted to return a bag we had purchased, which was in pristine condition with no signs of wear and tear. However, the store staff bluntly rejected our return and refused to acknowledge the bag's perfect state. Their refusal was based on nonexistent issues that were not visible to the naked eye. Despite our efforts to point out the bag's flawless condition, they remained adamant and dishonest. This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We are now pursuing legal action and contacting headquarters to resolve this issue. The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty at this store is beyond description. We strongly advise against shopping there.
