5-Star Review: Outstanding Service at Pacific Premier Bank Beverly Hills Branch I have been a satisfied customer of Pacific Premier Bank's Beverly Hills branch for over 12 years now, and I must say that their level of service and dedication is truly exceptional. Located at 192 N. Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, this branch has consistently met and exceeded all my financial needs in the most professional and courteous manner. The heart and soul of this branch is undoubtedly the Branch Manager, Katerina Sokhadze, and her amazing team. Their commitment to providing top-notch customer service is evident in every interaction I've had with them. Whether it's a simple transaction or a more complex financial matter, they always go above and beyond to ensure that I am well-informed and satisfied. Katerina Sokhadze's leadership skills are truly commendable. She leads her staff by example, fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere in the branch. Pacific Premier Bank in Beverly Hills is the perfect bank.The Branch Manager, Katerina, is very professional and treats her clients like family. Excellent service.The Branch Supervisor, Tyana, timely addresses all issues and with great care.The Senior Customer Service, Ruben, is fast, efficient and very friendly.I have been with Pacific Premier Bank in Beverly Hills for over 5 years and I absolutely think is the best bank PERIOD.

Payam and Katerina really helped us with our business loan. We normally go through a broker and pay broker fee, but they were very easy to work with. Highly recommend going through them instead of a broker.

Pacific Premier Bank provides the best customer service I have ever received. They are knowledgeable, accurate, have all the answers you need, and most importantly are fast to respond. After a terrible experience with my last bank, I searched high and low for a small bank that could cater to my business and banking needs. I was thrilled to find Pacific Premier Bank. I've been banking there for a few years now and I must say it was one of the best decisions I made for my business. Payam, Katerina, and Stephanie are an absolute pleasure to work with. There entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I highly recommend banking with them!

Best service bank I have experienced. I am in and out or when there is no parking, the staff comes out to take my deposit from my car, where else can you find that type of VIP service! The bankers Katerina and Stephanie and branch manager Payam always greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcomed.
