Copied keys, friendly folks and neat little spot for key copying in the store. Parking is free for under an hour in the parking lot next to the store. There's many key copying options. There's color key selection available for little extra $ . You can watch how the key is copied and formed. Bigger the key, the higher the price for key. It was my first time hitting this store but it was $1.75 for standard size key today. It was a pleasant experience.

It's easy to see why this neighborhood Jim has been around for so many years. Customer Service is amazing, they have a wonderful selection, and a very personal touch. Doing business here evokes a small-town warmth, always going the extra mile to take care of their customers. I am always happy to do business with Pioneer hardware.

This is the nicest hardware store Ive been in. Granted, it's in Beverly Hills so it better be nice. It's kinda the opposite of a Home Depot. It's densely packed with products, the selection per square foot of display space is very high and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, they are accessible and easy to find in the store. This place reminds me of the way retail stores used to be many decades ago when service was paramount. Prices seem high but I expect they are completely in line with the neighborhood. Parking is abundant in the structure behind and I wasn't charged anything. Lastly, this place has a lot more stuff than you would expect a hardware store to have and seems to be focused on home goods and home repairs more than new construction. Anyway, 5 stars from me.

I was hoping to get greeted politely over the phone and to offer a look at our houseware catalog and instead got asked one question and got clicked on right away, if this is family owned they obviously cant be polite not sure how they have a business.

The store is well staffed, and the salespeople are attentive and helpful. They seem to have a broad selection selection of merchandise, and the lines at the cash register are usually short.

Super friendly staff, and a great place to get everything you need for quick house fix-up or repairs, as well as duplicate keys. This is my go-to spot for any type of hardware need in Beverly Hills. Parking is in a garage behind the store, and you can walk right in the back door for an easy shopping experience.

They don't have every last thing in this small, local store, but you'll still be glad you stopped in. They are SO nice and SO helpful. They will bend over backward to help you find and choose exactly the right thing. Shame on you if you live nearby and don't go here FIRST, before going to a big-box store!!! Pioneer is exactly the kind of local store people say they want. Give them a chance to earn your business and they will!

Awesome store that reminds me of a hardware store in New York. Small isles with tons of tools, Knick knacks, home decor and supplies, etc. Roll on through…

Support your local hardware store. Needed replacement batteries for the alarm contacts our windows. Went to 4 of the "obvious" big names: Anawalt, CVS, Target, Best Buy. Zeros. Took an 90 minutes of my morning. Should've gone to my local hardware store 10 minutes from our home. Would've save 80 minutes. Bought the 4 remaining there, with a smile, and was assured they would have more next week if I needed. What a pleasure!

I love this mom and pop hardware store. It's the oldest family owned business in Beverly Hills (founded in 1925). This is a small and quaint well-stocked hardware store that serves the needs of the community and is customer service oriented. You will always find someone to assist you. They are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It's great for all your home needs. They also make keys! You can get a discount for paying with cash. Park in the free parking garage in the structure behind the store. There's also metered parking in front. It is walking distance from the post office, a bakery, and a market.
