Today was my first visit at Q NAIL SALON in Beverly Hills. I saw Tran for gel manicure and Kim for pedicure. Both of them did an outstanding job. I am really happy I found them. Will definitely go back to receive their services. Highly recommend ? it.Services: Pedicure

Amazing gel French for nails. Very even and better than most anywhere else. I’ve been here a few times for a pedicure and it’s always good.

It cost me $135 for a gel mani & gel pedicure w/ sugar scrub. That's insane!!! I was overcharged.

I must acknowledge that they do beautiful work but I would want to know that they cannot keep appointments. Even if you call the day before and are clear that you have a hard out - allowing for an hour and a half there! They will reassure you multiple times that you can have both a mani pedi done at the same time but then are happy to keep you waiting for 50 minutes because they suddenly got busy. And then assign just one person to you, extending the time considerably. My friend and I were both late for an event yesterday and in spite of pleading with them multiple times to help us get there on time, they shrugged and you don't feel it matters. Worse, from my point of view, is no one seems to be really in charge, monitoring, telling the technicians who to tend to next. Every check in of ours is met with: "yes they are just finishing." and 20 more mins go by. I think at the very least when they make you so late - and one of us had to leave with unset nails - they might offer a slight discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Just irritation on being called out. I recognize people work hard and things happen. It would make all the difference if one felt that promises were either kept or just not made, that people cared about not meeting them, or if they made a gesture to compensate messing up your day. We are all busy and doing our best to survive our obligations and manage our resources. Respect is at the heart of my complaint because the actual work is good. And I did not feel they showed us much.

After getting a terrible toenail infection on both feet at my "formerly favorite nail place" 3 years ago, I researched, asked around, and finally found Q Salon. Haven't gone anywhere else since then - Q Salon is my go-to nail place! Q Salon is the best nail salon I have been to - comfortable setting, cushy arm chairs (no spa seats - because they promote bacteria & infection), quiet & clean. Unlike most other salons, the nail technicians are warm, friendly & conscientious --. the team never chats with one another in Vietnamese or other foreign languages, or on their cell phones -- the focus is on you!

Q salon is my favorite nail salon ever! I've been to so many nail salons and almost always the issue I have is consistency. The ladies at Q salon never disappoint and I drive from OC to BH just to see them .

Good for all nail needs, including SNS, which is hard to find in Beverly Hills.

I don't know what happened to this salon since Covid but it's not good at all. The young girl who used to work the front desk was lovely and professional and the manicurists were extremely skilled and kind, now it's all the opposite. After being out of town for a while and being a loyal client for many years I made an appointment for my mother and I at 5pm today not realising how everything had changed at this salon since Covid. They were busy so we patiently waited until 5:15pm when a girl started working on my mothers nails. Still no one on mine but i continued to wait as I know sometimes schedules can encounter delays.By the time my mothers nails were done I asked the manicurist about mine and she looked at my nails, for some reason painfully dug her very sharp nail under my nail (why would you do that??? Yes it hurt a lot!!!) then said she hasn't got time for mine as her client is waiting.I explained I had a 5pm appointment and had been waiting over 30mins past the appointment time so I'm not sure why you would act like I'm the one inconveniencing you.She then started talking to the receptionist, the receptionist apologised and told me she had asked the girl to help me before my mother but she didn't listen... ok that's great but still no one has done by nails nor offered to keep my appointment.I ended up telling them I would leave, the girl was SO rude and dismissive after I had waited 30mins past my appointment time that I didn't want to spend my money there anyway.PLEASE STAY AWAY!! They've gone sooooo downhill now with the new staff, hence the new negative reviews. Such a shame as the old staff were lovely, professional & very skilled. Sadly not anymore!

NOTE: SCROLL DOWN and you'll find similarly alarming reviews. After an initial positive experience, set up by the Snr. Concierge Keisha (a lovely, caring, professional) at The Four Seasons, the following week I had to discover the depths to which unseasoned and unprofessional staff can sink at this salon. All of this has been formally reviewed and filed with The Four Seasons, to ensure that no other client ever need suffer the disrespect and unprofessionalism that occurred. The nutshell: after my first appointment while still at the Salon, the 'owner manager' Tiffany offered to schedule my next appointment, recommending I do so as weekends can of course fill up. I wished to work with the gal who had worked on repairing my manicure that day, "Kristine", and so we looked at her schedule. The 3 of us decided on 4 pm, as that was what worked for Kristine. So I scheduled the appointment, and then MOVED a few other previous appointments around to ensure I could make it out to the Salon on a busy Saturday. The next Saturday, after leaving my medical appointment, spotted a text from an unknown number. It was from a 'Gray', who said that "Kristine isn't in today, it's her daughter's birthday :)" Yes, a 'happy face'. There's a few responses to this that any reasonably professional person might have: First: A TEXT...? With emojiis? Why not - given it's same day and given the appointment was made A WEEK AGO, the courtesy of a phone call to a new client being CANCELLED on after only one visit? A text on a busy Saturday might well have gone unnoticed. (Yes, folk over the age of 40 do not often stay glued to their phone screen on a Saturday filled with appointments and knowing it's not a work day). And more importantly: WHY the heck did Kristine schedule me for 4 pm the next week - after considerable time spent to find a slot - SHE NOT KNOW it was her daughter's birthday just the week prior...?? And... Why did "Kristine" and/or the Salon NOT CALL at least 24 hours before so I might have a shot of booking another appointment?? Kristine didn't realize she wanted to spend the day off the DAY BEFORE her daughter's supposed birthday? You might get 'reading between lines' of: I suspect this wasn't the whole truth, but we'll let that one be. SO I call the salon, and get "Gray" - the young, 'receptionist' who an hour and a half ago had texted with the smiley face. Immediately he takes the defensive: "Well, it's a matter of preference, if one prefers a call or a text". THIS, from a classy salon?! Referred by The Four Seasons... So I ask for the Owner who had scheduled the appointment there in person, along with Kristine, the week before. I get put on hold, after 3 MINUTES 'Gray' comes back: Tiffany 'is unavailable'. TIFFANY is not in EITHER. (Apparently Tiffany and Kristine are sisters...) This is even MORE apparent by the rudeness "GRAY" displays as I share this is not okay, as a new client, to have my appointment cancelled morning of, after WORKING MY DAY around what "Kristine" asked and Tiffany scheduled. 911's happen- but suddenly last minute for a birthday- she would've known?! "GRAY" interrupts and says that he 'doesn't have to listen to me' (??) - and tells me to call back. I had not raised my voice, I used professional language, and this is how this soul handles this - again, the Owner is not around- he KNOWS the Salon messed up, and has no GUIDANCE nor understanding how to handle this very unfortunate situation. The week prior, the Owner had promised with honey smiles just 6 days ago "always ask for me, I'm reachable, we LOVE people sent over by The Four Seasons" - and NOW a week later - she's NOT. SO: I try to explain to "GRAY" again that I would ask they PLEASE get in touch with Tiffany as I'd moved my day around their request - including my morning treatment - an

Best nail salon I've ever been to! The entire staff is amazing. I could call for an appointment and not need to request anyone specific since the entire team is great. They are very sanitary! Most nail salons will not sanitize their tools in between clients, but q salon always has a new and fresh pack for each client. Tiffany is great and has great customer service. Ive only left satisfied when getting my nails done here! Will add a couple of designs of done here.

Always have a positive experience. Everyone is friendly & does a great job. They do an amazing job at nail art & nearly always looks like my inspo. They do hard gel on my nails vs soft gel; keeps my nails stronger & avoid bending/breaking + lasts longer than soft gel. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment & ask if they are busy or not, that way you don't have to wait.

Loved how clean and comfortable this nail salon is. My daughter had her nails done by Mimi and loved her design! I had Sumya and feel like I have a new hands!
