No human reception the window is boarded up. However when someone does come out to greet you they are nice people. And don’t forget to bring your lab paper work with you.

I hate getting my blood drawn, especially when I have to fast beforehand, because I have a condition that makes me prone to passing out easily. I knew my draw today was going to be a decent amount of vials (I believe it was 7). So I looked up the reviews for nearly every quest in Los Angeles, and this one had the best reviews by a pretty good margin. So, I made sure to make my appointment at this location, even though there are many closer locations to me. That decision was absolutely worth it. My phlebotomist was Laila if I'm remembering correctly, and she was super sweet and accommodating. The room she originally brought me in had a chair that did not recline, so I told her about my likelihood of becoming faint and asked her if there was a room with a chair that reclines. She was happy to bring me to a room that had a bed so I could lie down. She also made sure to engage me in conversation throughout the draw to keep me distracted. It was done before I knew it, and she brought me some water before having me slowly get up and make sure I was feeling okay. This was the smoothest blood drawing experience I've had since I've lived in Los Angeles!

I was happy with the ease of making the appointment, the check in process, the short wait time, and the skill level of the person taking my blood. 5 stars!

The Phebotmist was not pleasant to work with, she didn’t want to add testing which my doctor missed on the request sheet/ order sheet.

I read many reviews and decided to go here anyway. I made an online appointment and checked in at the kiosk. They called me in 5 minutes and my name went to the top of the screen. I was in and out no problem. It's a fully automated facility there's no one to talk to when you come in so you have to be comfortable with that. I parked two blocks east on the curb and there was plenty of parking free for 2 hours.

HORRIBLE! NO human being available via any phone number whatsoever. Made an apt online - there was no human being there just a kiosk. After waiting 1 hour I found a human being who informed me they didn't have the test I needed avail there. There is NO HUMAN being avail via any phone number they have whatsoever and even the office has no receptionist or anyone to answer questions. 2 hours WASTED - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No human being available anywhere to help - neither via phone, via office, no direct phone number to office - HORRIBLE
