I read many reviews and decided to go here anyway. I made an online appointment and checked in at the kiosk. They called me in 5 minutes and my name went to the top of the screen. I was in and out no problem. It's a fully automated facility there's no one to talk to when you come in so you have to be comfortable with that. I parked two blocks east on the curb and there was plenty of parking free for 2 hours.

HORRIBLE! NO human being available via any phone number whatsoever. Made an apt online - there was no human being there just a kiosk. After waiting 1 hour I found a human being who informed me they didn't have the test I needed avail there. There is NO HUMAN being avail via any phone number they have whatsoever and even the office has no receptionist or anyone to answer questions. 2 hours WASTED - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No human being available anywhere to help - neither via phone, via office, no direct phone number to office - HORRIBLE

Had an appointment today and check in through the iPad (pretty quick if you have your referral document , insurance card, and ID ready). I was in and out within 35 minutes. The young lady phlebotomist was kind and gentle with the needle! Recommend to make an appointment so you don't have to wait.

Terrible service, believes that an iPad is sufficient to help patients and unwilling to make the time to talk to people with issues.

I've had excellent experiences at this Quest Diagnostic location on N. Bedford in Beverly Hills. Both of the phlebotomist onsite - Leila & Jeremy - are outstanding and exemplified quality customer service. They are both highly skilled at their jobs and make taking blood a painless process, so much so that I hardly felt it. I've found making appts. at this location a breeze and I'm always in and out in minutes. I highly recommend this Quest site and their awesome phlebotomists - Leila & Jeremy!

The worst experience you could ever have. Do not go here! went in said make appointment as they were too busy to see me. I made appointment came back a 2nd time and then they said they didn't have me in their system. I put them on the phone with my doctors office who can see it in their system. they saId they can't find my reference in their system and I'd need to reschedule a 3rd time to come back. I repeat Do Not Come here!!!!!

Horrifying experience. It was my first and last time at this location. The second the needle was stuck into my arm it was painful and the entire time she was drawing blood it was painful. I've had bloodwork done many times in my life and I have never experienced something like this. I get home to take the bandage off and there is so much blood and the injection site is swollen and already starting to bruise. I can tell it's going to bruise very badly. Do not come here unless you don't care about someone inexperienced injuring you.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I won't go into to happened it's too long. I tried to use the app and I got a message something went wrong try again later, I had a time slot for an appointment and later there wasn't anything available. (In several locations close to me) And while I'm here reviewing this whole organization- this happened to me at the Quest Beverly Hills, someone with no experience took blood from me, no one asked if I wanted a "trainie" or anything. She did something wrong inserting the needle and my blood started spurting out all over the place. She freaked out , abruptly ran out of the room and a man came in to rectify the situation. No one was in the room when this happened. She never came back and all he said was sorry she's being trained. I was in shock.

Was really nervous to go to Quest for my first time from the bad reviews I saw at other locations but this one was great! I was about 20 minutes early but got called in right at my appointment time. I usually get very dizzy from blood draws but the phlebotomist helped ease my nerves and was very quick. Overall a very easy experience

as someone with SEVERE anxiety, especially around medical stuff, I was extremely wigged out by the fact that literally every Quest Diagnostics in LA, no matter the area, had scathing 1-2 star reviews. I picked this location because it seemingly had more of a balance of 3 star reviews than the others. i fully prepared myself to have this be a mentally scarring experience but it was absolutely the best experience I've had literally in my life getting blood taken. They send me a text before my appointment that signed me in without needing to use the iPad in front. my appt was at 11:10 and second I walked in i was called up. I cannot say how grateful I am for the girl who took my blood. Most blood labs don't use the butterfly needle anymore and instead use a thicker, longer needle that is held by the nurse who will attach and un-attach tubes as she goes so it moves in your arm and hurts. the girl was so fast and did 4 tubes of blood in a minute. So efficient and comforting I was so grateful. Did a urine sample and left. In and out in max 10 mins. I think this spot is dependent on when you go and who you get at the front but it went so well this time around.

Waiting time is too long

The workers a very rude they have zero empathy for the patience and zero respect for people time. Three workers and they one take one patient at a time. I've been sitting here since 11 and it's 12:53 and they don't call anyone. The only reason I came here was because of X-ray downstairs. They said they are short staffed but regardless the way they speak to patients is very unacceptable!

I had great experience with them today. The online appointment scheduling & check in were easy. Wait time was really short. The phlebotomist was an expert, very gentle and kind, making the whole experience so painless.

I checked in on the machine with paperwork all printed out and all insurance cards. Like many folks who need a blood test, I fasted and had no coffee. I followed the instructions to sign in. When the first woman to attend to me came saw that my paperwork from my doctor was faulty, I had to call my doctor and they had to FAX the paperwork over. But then she said that e-mail would be faster so I emailed it over as my doctor had also e-mailed it to me for my records then and there. All this took about 20 minutes, the amount of time it would have taken for them to simply wait for the text. Then I waited. And Waited. With no caffeine in my system and unstable blood sugar. Turns out that the machine I used to sign in didn't even log me into the system, even though I got to the final screen that asked if I was going to wait in the lobby or outside. I only found out because people walking in were being seen before me and I insisted on speaking with someone (and they insisted back that I "have a seat" and that they'd call my name when it was my turn). An hour had passed. The security person was rude and said, "You need to have a seat." There was never a "please" or "we'll look into this." Nothing. I had to then wait again as a walk-in. They didn't even apologize for all the time I had wasted there. Parking was also $2.50/15 min, which is just rude when half the town is on strike (as I type this, I have no income). When I told them they only had two stars on Yelp, they laughed. Especially the security guard. Go somewhere else to get a 1 min. blood test. This place is just filled with incompetence. They might think I was being rude and stressed out, but seriously.....they work in a blood lab where they ought to already have strategies for how to deal with people on empty stomachs with caffeine withdrawals. That's some next-level incompetency there. Avoid this place.
